There is no coordination among the different department.Very poor customer service.Management is zero.I am just less than 1 week in the network and i have never been this frustrated with an ISP.Would not recommend this to anybody even my enemy
I have been using broadbaseds network since January 2021 and it has been a very painful experience. We pay for internet speed of 30mbps and usually only get 10Mbps speed on average. I constantly have to call their customer service practically every other day to complain about the slow speed, at which point they will then do a reset from their end, which usually results in faster speed for an hour maximum.I honestly dont recommend that anyone use this network unless you have absolutely no other fiber optic network operating in your area.Their customer service agents very often seem to have no clue about how to resolve their speed issues either. Just two days ago I called in at night because I was unable to access several internet sites, and the customer representative had the gall to tell me it must be a problem on my end because everything looked fine from his end. Only for me to discover the following morning that the issue was occurring because they had failed to renew my monthly subscription even though I had paid for it in the previous week! Thats the level of incompetence I have repeatedly had to deal with.
Best in Fiber to the home, Fiber to towers, Fiber to all Lagos Datacenters and Corporate offices
Its a Fantastic place
Nice Fibre Guys
This National monument has degenerated and requires a face lift.God will help our maintenance culture.
I had a very shaky start with them not being able to get connected for over a month, but Im glad I waited. The service is superb, super fast fibre connection and downtime in my first month was next to nothing
One of the tallest building in Marina, Lagos and in Nigeria. It previously was the corporate headquarters of defunct NITEL (Nigeria Telecommunications Limited).
Great place
Its probably the longest building on Lagos island
A memorable house
Its a great and welcoming place
Great structure, although looking so old and outdated. It has multistorey office spaces and a very large car park at the other end of the building. The access roads are good and the ambience is generally calm. Its pretty easy to locate also but be weary of the traffic. Could get very rough especially at rush hours in the mornings.
It is a pretty place
Old structure .....but still looks new
They are 100 fibre optics company and their services especially the FTTH service is very reliable
Tallest building in Lagos Island..easy to locate.
Good
This structure is old and abandoned
Nice...but elevator takes forever because of the large number of people trooping in and out.
Awesome office complex, well situated with great view, formal NITEL Building. Customer service and receptionist are quite forthcoming and welcoming, larger car park from behind on the 2nd floor or so. And sure NTEL broadband network is also LIVE! here... More of expectations!
History building that houses the national business activities
Nice place
Internet service is quite good
Ntels branch office. Proabably other offices here but I only came for Ntel. Nice place with big mirrors 😁
I love this place and the environment
All the facilities here are working.
Best network keep the good work going
Very easy to locate, Beside General Hospital.NDIC is one of the Government agencies there and it has a Ntel Sim registration center at the ground floor. You have to sign to enter and give a reason for your coming.
In most of my dealings with BBC, I have not received good customer service. The company has potential but the management of the place had a lot to be desired.
Quite a number of problems exist here...you can hardly meet all the elevators working at the same time, the central air conditioning in the building is seldom turned on, and when it is on, barely cools. There are lots of broken floor tiles in the building and the lavatories stink. The building needs extensive renovation and maintenance.
Very poor customer serviceTook over a month after payment for them to install office wifi...
Imposing monument. One of Lagos iconic building.
Very nice place
Very big and easy to locate the office u re actually going to..
It has become an empty shell following the privatization of our telecommunications industry by ex president Olusegun Obasanjo. The entire privatisation exercise was riddled with corruption and our countrys infrastructure, like this edifice is yet to recover from their greed.
You need to get your team together and provide prompt customer service
Nice properties
Cool
The facility should be modernized
Parking available, neat and serene
Old but still looking sweet
That should be the highest insurance group ever in Nigeria for funds and assets
Nice
Facility provided and cleanliness not upto mark.
This is a historic building. It used to be the headquarters of the former NITEL which was the government owned telecommunications company. It used to be the tallest building in West Africa but I’m not sure of that fact right now. Though it remains the tallest in Lagos and probably in Nigeria. It has 32 floors with several companies especially the NDIC which occupies over 2 floors and the refurbished NITEL now known as ntel. There’s a car park on two floors though with limited space and reserved for employees in the building.
One of the tallest buildings on the Island
Nice
Well kept and maintained for a public building
Historical Landmark
