I had a terrible time engaging with This company on so many levels.First off they took weeks to finally come to install the blinds after the originally agreed date.When the installer arrived, I find that the blinds hes brought are not what I had asked for and not even the same as each other, with mismatched colours.When I called to report the issue with the boss, She was incredibly rude and unwilling to listen. She pretended that she had tried to contact me before hand, but was unable to find my number. This was a blatant lie as I had been speaking with her colleague the day before. They simply made no effort to communicate effectively.She even hung up on me when she had no valid way to respond to me calling her out on this.Weeks later, they return with the blinds again. Once installed I see that many of the blinds dont even reach the bottom of the window and are placed positioned wrong. Once again I call up to make a complaint. The man named Chisom then assures me that they will return soon to fix the issue. Its now been over a month of hearing nothing back, They are blanking my calls and have completely neglected their responsibility.Terrible service.Low quality products.Dishonest and unprofessional Staff.Zero stars if that were an option.

So unprofessional and poor quality service.Not recommended to use this company at all.
