This place is really classy, nice and comfy. The seats are all really comfortable. They have decent security. Nice customer service, etc. In fact, the place is efficiently run.They offer insurance options to people and from a study of their packages, I would encourage everyone to try using them.

Head Office of NSIA Insurance Lagos... Youll get a warm welcome at the reception. Theres adequate parking for visitors and its well secured with a strategic entrance and exit that is highly regulated, . In my own opinion the only problem here is that theres only one entrance and exit.

Lovely company. Professional staff. You get an account officer and they sort everything out. You dont even need to go into the office.

NSIA does a great job providing comprehensive cover on vehicles, unlike a number of other insurance companies, they pay claims. I know because i have been a client since 2014 and have recommended a number of clients who have enjoyed excellent services. (Id recommend shorter processing time for payments and a number of more attractive products)Customer relationship management is on point!

Your company has failed to deal with the IFA issues properly.The company has failed to refund beneficiary benefits despite been responsible for the failure of the IFA.I will recommend refund instead of trying to force another policy down the customers throat.Legal actions can/will be instituted against the company if proper refunds are not made
