How a Real Estate Company would have their staffs poorly behaved and rude is appalling. Was at the Emirate Amuwo Odofin Office this afternoon to deliver a letter with an acknowledgment copy attached. Instead of the Receptionist to acknowledge my copy and return to me. She first sent to who said is the madam for approval after about 6 minutes. The average height and not too smart looking lady called me to her office to ask for what was contained and essence of the letter I brought which was right before her. It was my response that I wouldnt know she should find out. Thats the lowest level of professionalism. Like what if I am not or related to the sender and just a dispatcher? I went back to the reception and waited for another 10 to 15mins. Asked the receptionist to get the acknowledged copy that I have other things doing. She murmured that I should go to madam and get the copy. Entered the office and saw the said Madam with another male staff reading the original copy and the attachments thereon. They have at that time removed each attachment. I asked that they should please acknowledge for me so I can take my leave. The male staff said theyre coming what if they dont want to acknowledge the letter. I told them that its not right to be delaying me and my bolt driver is waiting for me down stairs before I turned back to the reception saying and of course to their hearing that I am incurring charges and this is not professional. The madam ran out like a street tout and started yelling. I will walk you out of here, Walk her out of here, This is my office, You dont tell me what to do The male staff with her came out too in a tone not so low but better than that of the madam claiming I am being rude for saying driver is waiting for me and what if I am dispatcher, will they keep me here till they finish reading the whole letter. Their yelling drew the attention of their other staffs. After the shout she sent the receptionist to give me my copy she acknowledged as Chidinma the managing director. To put it bluntly the Managing Director of Affability Investment, Chidinma is unfit for the position shes occupying. You dont hire a short and shabby person for a position and significant as that. This is why managerial courses are mandatory for persons in such positions. Her level of ineptitude is irritating. Herself and her male companion are way to tacky for whatever position in an organization like this.
