I wonder who are giving this people 5stars, your goods dont arrive at expected period (there is always a delay). Their communication skills is zero the customer care act like they dont owe you an explanation as to why your goods is delayed. Also missing packages and I havent gotten my refund for over 4month now and they wont reply and blocked me from contacting them

I seriously wish I can give them 0 star but it’s not possible. I was promised 10-14 days delivery, it’s been 2 months and counting. And oh I’m not the only one complaining, there are about 10-20 I’m in a group with who are also complaining. If you love your business, look for another shipper. They are not serious, they don’t update you on the location of your goods, they don’t communicate delays to you, nothing. We you call, they tell you they are not directly responsible for the shipping, like seriously! Those 5 stars reviews are not legit. Run from them

I really wanted to try them out before believing any negative reviews..But now ive experienced it myself, all I can say is this is like journey never ends...you cant track your goods as promised and the only reply you get is you would be notified ma and they keep on sending you back and forth and worse still they dont reply comments on instagram, its like the customers doesnt matter....I need my goods...ive already lost the lil customers I had...when am I getting my goods....its tiring

The only reason am giving this company a 1 is because I have to, they should be in the negative, they confirmed. Recieveing my items at their China warehouse on the 22nd of June, I requested a 72 hrs shipping, and as of right now the 17th of July still nothing, I get sent to a new number everyday, I have lost money as items are needed for my business, no one knows where my items are, am begging them to please return them to my supplier and I can use another shipper, still nothing....DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS U WANT TO BE GIVEN THE RUN ARROUND OF A LIFE TIME....
