I was supposed to have a meeting with a friend, so she picked this spot. I got there earlier and was consumed by the serenity of the place.I particularly love the texts on the walls (refer to picture 2 and 4). They would make any cake or ice cream lover excited).I dont go to a beautiful place without taking pictures😍 (refer to picture 1 and 3). Not to forget l, the chairs were comfortable and relaxing (refer to picture1l 1). You can want to spend your whole day there.Customer service was nothing out of the ordinary. Id have preferred if there was a paper menu. The menus displayed on the screen moved too fast to get any information from them, so, I had to make a quick order.Id rate the Ice Cream Factory 8/10.In summary, if you need a place to have a meeting or a date, and to also take pictures, its one cool place to visit.

As the sweet tooth that I am.Id say this ice cream is healthy.I got in total 6 different flavours. They blend fruits well into a nice sorbet and the cream melts perfectly for the creamy flavours. I like that its tastes of quality craft and not just sugar.The muffins and cheesecakes look delicious. I havent tasted it but I can decipher that its not soaked in sugar too.

Ice cream factory is still a lovely place to visit despite being in business several years ago. Intact, it seems to improve from the last time I visited. The interior is great, simple and sweet capturing the essence of the parlour. The cakes and ice cream are awesome and reasonably priced. Highly recommended any day!

They have been consistently good through the years! Favorite go to place for cheesecakes. Their madeira cake is on point & also their muffin selection. Ice cream is usually not bad too but i go for the pastries.

When it comes to ice cream places; this has to be the best. The surroundings; the service. After having their icecream with muffins; my siblings were mad impressed. I loved the expressions on the walls and the fact they had the outdoors place too.

The first time I came, I was not too pleased with the food and gave it 3 stars. The chocolate cake was extremely dry even after I asked for it to be warmed. The ice cream I bought did not come with the typical works of drizzle and whipped cream. Had I known, I would have asked. After convincing from a friend, I decided to try Ice cream factory again. The second time around, I ordered from the menu, and I must say, I am very satisfied. The waffles are to die for. The picture shows 2 waffles but it usually only comes with 1. This place is definitely perfect for a date. The atmosphere is nice and they have nice music selection (pre 2000s rnb)

To be very honest, this was a really cozy place to relax.The reason I went was to have a business meeting and it was just a perfect fit for this.The AC worked well, the sitting arrangement was top notch and the reception from the entrance to the attendant was smooth - well coordinated.They were very polite to everyone who came, and had an interesting smile almost always.Ying Yang, Im definitely visiting again ✊🏾

Not much to say really. The ice cream is alright. Ample parking space outside. Some outdoor seating if youre into that sort of thing. Also a Chinese joint right above it so you can make it a whole evening.

The building stands out maybe for the red painting... its hard to miss.I didnt expect to find it for a relaxed conversation with a friend or business partner over a cup of tea or ice cream, plus... muffins, name it...The young man at the door - dont quite recall the name 🤔 -on the evening of 1st Nov 2020 was very nice. Kudos 👍.However, the music volume seemed high at a point or, perhaps, the echoes disturbed so much, that without raising the voice one could hardly be heard.Lastly, if I were to hang out there next time, surely on invitation 😊, Id better be protected, just in case, against the ACs at full blast.

My experience was not that great this time around. Seems the place might be falling apart. All ACs were not working and I could actually see the technicians frantically trying to fix them up during business hours. Also for some strange reasons their POS wasnt working and I had to do a transfer and send proof of payment via email!

Ive been coming to ICF since it first opened in VI so Im a very loyal customer. This outlet has been around for quite a while and I love thats its quite spacious and inviting. Theres a relaxing feeling one gets just walking in and seeing all that ice cream and pastry. My fave are definitely the muffins and is it funny that I actually come here more for the muffins than the ice cream? You definitely should try the ice cream too though; rich, melt in your mouth, and easy on the palate. Do yourself some good and stop by, thank me later 🙂

I’ve been a regular fan of their brownies for years, my girlfriend loves the Madeira cake slice and the rest of my family loves their muffins.I very occasionally eat in but that the times I have eaten in have been very pleasant. This venue has a nice ambience with fun, cheeky quotes on the wall and dessert and indulgence. I love the photos as well, featuring women and their first love (Ice Cream); they’re fun and compliment the mood. There’s a decent amount of seats and the items I’ve had from their eat in menu have been great.Parking is easy if you arrive at an off peak time, otherwise it can a bit of a hassle but not too much.In conclusion: perfect pastries, great location, great ambience. Highly recommend.

It has a pleasant ambience with soft lighting, cool music, beautiful and hilarious wall notes. You should try their ice-cream and muffins while using their working station.
