I was invited to an interview recently via email in conjunction with gr8jobng for the position of bank teller and the Human resources department never deemed it fit to be specific about the exact qualification required for the role..Those of us that had a Bachelors degree were dismissed like we were of no importance !!!. That department seriously needs to be worked on!.You do not do that to people with feelings. It was a wasted time, effort and resources.
