A low cost housing estate situated at the heart of Lagos mainland with rich night life. My favorite spot is Alaba express where you have asorted pepper soup and drinks plus many other African dishes. All of these sold at very affordable prices.

The roads and very good and accessible by both cars and wheel chair for the disabled people.

This is the most sane environment in Lagos, the average rental rate for accommodation is what youll find here and there are enough spots to chill, worship, flex, Hangout and have Fun 😉.

Cant tell much. Went to mega chicken and then home to my brothers. Its a relaxing area for one and can be a boring area for another. Quite secured and an affluent area.

Festac extension is a new area of the festac town,when the glory of festac town was lost,all eyes focused on the festac extension .it is very good reserved residential area.rent is high here.nice well built house of choice is found here.g good schools,hotels,and restaurants are available.most of all good major road network but rough street roads

Igbo dominated area of Lagos with a lot of modern houses but little government infrastructure.

Festac extension is Amuwo Odofin Lagos. Is a well organized area with many beautiful estate in the area, such as cooperation estate, Unity estate, Raji Rasak, Lilly Estate, Diamond Estate where Shoprite and Golden Tulip is located, Green Estate and many more. Even with big company like ABC transport, Denca container yard and many more. Amuwo Odofin have developed fast within a space time. I could remember vividly, in 2000-2003 is only Abc transport and Denca terminal is the area of industrial side of it, but today there is no space again in that area.
