This is a classy and pricy estate. The road leading here and the road network within the estate is perfect.there is a central generator to power the estate. Security around this neighborhood cant be better with the military facility only a few blocks away. There is also proper security and CCTV around the estate. The estate is quite clean and well managed.

Very beautiful private estate/residential blocks of apartment. Love the ambiance here and the organization of the whole blocks. The environment is quiet, serene and very decent. Located in a downtown area of Lagos, you expect cost to be really on the high side.
