A quiet estate.

This estate is on the average but on as developed as an estate should be. In the day time there are no security guarding the gate, the entrance road to the estate is terrible and quite sloppy. There are no security lights which should not be, walking in night with no security light is quite dangerous. Last but not the lest, this estate does not have a proper way of dumping refuse thats because LAWMA does not come to pick up the refuse. Like I said in the beginning, its on the average and its quite manageable.

Relatively good estate based on Lagos main land standards.

A peaceful estate situated at ifako ijaiye road with road networks linking to fagba and Agege. Though this estate have a poor road but its fine and neat to stay
