Untarred roads and no street lights too, its a 5mins drive to Ikorodu roundabout without traffic
Reliable
Its a federal low cost housing estate which has existed for over 20years and has maintained its security watch and continuous development
Road network is not good. Busy area too
Very beautiful serene environment...Though it is a bit hidden with no sign post for direction, the road leading to the estate is just after FERMA (federal Road Maintenance Agency). There is a good security in place and the estate is a quiet, well tared and well designed place. Its also easy to get to Lagos or to sagamu (Ogun state) due to its proximity.
Federal Low Cost Housing is cool environment. The area is cool and calm.
Federal low cost housing estate, Ikorodu, Near Sabo- market
The housing is belong to federal government property is the only federal government housing property in ikorodu Lagos located at Lagos - epe express road ikorodu Lagos.
A good housing estate to live
Its government built residential property, a nice neighbourhood for the family.
Federal Low Cost Housing Estate, Ikorodu was constructed in the seventies as strictly a low income workers haven but presently some noticeable commercial concerns like Guest Houses and Bars are coming up.
Relatively safe, but could be better developed.
Housing estate that requires proper management at all home.
Not a great environment. Just a place built during Shagari administration for low income earners.
Not well maintained road networks and most of the drainages are blocked causing flooding whenever it rains. The security is tight as the indigenous security Setup Oyabo is on ground to provide adequate security.
Its a nice place to start a family
Poor road network...Poor drainage system...but,Good security system...Nice secured residential area...Its by Itokin Epe road after Sabo Bustop Ikorodu.
Its a small federal estate with plenty of security men around, its a save place to abode, the roads are not too motorable but all the same fair. Plenty of parking space.
Its a good place, its my work place.
A quiet and good environment for housing
A good place but still developing
For the middle class specific. Secured and affordable.

Very Serene environment with good road network
Cool and fun place altogether.
My uncle lives here around Sabo in Ikorodu. Not too populated.
It is a federal government owned estate. Its has linked roads.
Neat environment nice over all
Organised housing with street numbers and house numbers, paid estate security and moderate electricity supply.
Very nice estate
The Estate is quiet and Safe.
