I like the quiet and the cheapness and villageness of the place. The houses are cheap and not far if you stay in Ikorodu but far if you work elsewhere. The roads havent been finished but there are more being made. Makes us a bit uncomfortable though but we like development.

Untarred roads and no street lights too, its a 5mins drive to Ikorodu roundabout without traffic

Very beautiful serene environment...Though it is a bit hidden with no sign post for direction, the road leading to the estate is just after FERMA (federal Road Maintenance Agency).There is a good security in place and the estate is a quiet, well tared and well designed place.Its also easy to get to Lagos or to sagamu (Ogun state) due to its proximity.

Its government built residential property, a nice neighbourhood for the family.

Federal Low Cost Housing Estate, Ikorodu was constructed in the seventies as strictly a low income workers haven but presently some noticeable commercial concerns like Guest Houses and Bars are coming up.

Not a great environment. Just a place built during Shagari administration for low income earners.

Not well maintained road networks and most of the drainages are blocked causing flooding whenever it rains. The security is tight as the indigenous security Setup Oyabo is on ground to provide adequate security.

Its a small federal estate with plenty of security men around, its a save place to abode, the roads are not too motorable but all the same fair. Plenty of parking space.
