Very secure, well organised estate within Lekki Phase 1. Its just outside of all the major grid lock zones and has a serenity that is detached from the usual bustle of the business district. If you can find yourself a unit in there, you might ne bale to escape the madness every now and then...

The estate is beautiful, wellPlanned and located in the heart of lekki phase 1. The houses are mostly terraces with parking for two cars only. The roads within the estate are tarred shoulder to shoulder but the access road into it leaves a lot to be desired. The road is sometimes flooded when it rains heavily but that’s a general problem in Lekki phase 1.

Great place, its quite a small estate but with standard facilities and perimeter fencing for security. The architecture looks very solid and quite unconventional. Security checkpoint at the entrance requires clearance before you are allowed into the facility.
