Good standard For a government built estate. Very cool, neat and very well located. Security is also very good.

I like the fact that they have their sperate power supply and they dont allow anyone to use generator...It is very neat and calm just that it is too close to the express,cars,buses and truck horn will disturb the building closer to the express ...The security guards are always active and vigilant

First of all, No generators are allowed because they have their own transformer and supply light 19-22 hours of the day. Im sold! Very clean surrounding.So quiet and serene, how can such peace exist in lagos??The apartments are top notch.
