A great place to live. Adequate security, gated and manned entries. A functional residents association. Serene environment.At least 18hrs of power supply.Great entertainment and shops within the area all within a 10mins walk. A culinary school and 2 gyms within walking distance.Lets not forget a 12hr suya spot 😉 and 3 great bars(very quiet spots) no noise disturbance to the residents.Adequate waste disposal.Roads could be better.Rent rate at about 1.5 million to 2.5 million for a 3 bedroom. Depends on structure.Easy Access to 3rd mainland bridge, Ikorodu Road and western Ave.Great place to raise a family.
