The apartment I am staying is fine, security is sufficient and the breeze in the air is refreshing. Unfortunately 1004 is a reflection of the general absence of maintenance culture, very run down and not pleasant on the eye. Loads of cars park which have not been moved for a long time, and the few green spaces in between could be the lungs of 1004 would it not be for the trash scattered around everywhere.

Nothing much to say about 1004, a busy estate with all kinds of race, always busy. Though well secured, excellent parking spot....always prepare to use the stairs because lift malfunctions alot... especially block B

No lifts working..... imagine going up to the top floor
