A nice and quiet housing area. its a good housing place for families. Theres constant electricity and water, and the roads are good too

Low cost housing estate is a 3bed room apartment with a sitting room, it has a toilet and a kitchen. It also has a back and a front stirs case. The estate is linked to the medium estate and pen cinema. Its a good secured environment. Though a few years ago the government demolished some buildings that was not in the buildings plan , so it left the environment looking unkept and dirty. I have a lot of friends that reside in this estate and own the apartment. The house is little expensive going by it name (low cost housing estate) I expected it to be a little cheaper than the present rent.

Cousy Environment and Very Quiet

One of the many estates in and around Pen Cinema. The roads within have become a bypass as the bridge construction is ongoing at Pen Cinema. Upgrading of the estate and facilities will make it look better.

It is really a highly density populated area where majorly low income earners live.
