I dont hate it, its been seized by govt
Nice little space tucked away in a quiet estate. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. The facilities could be upgraded, WiFi connectivity could be better (but that’s not on them to be honest). Overall, if you’re looking to escape for a bit, this could be the spot for you.
Very chilled location, the garden/pool is very cosy and good for a small group hangout. Drinks are surprisingly cheap and rooms cost around 20k. Also they have a small gym
Situated in a very decent and serene environment. More than a quiet place indeedIf you are looking for home away from home, Three Arms hotel is the answer. Everything is working well. Their staff are very courteous and friendly. I only had a little hitch with.regards running water at midnight. But it was eventually rectified. Their breakfast is nourishing.
Nice ambience, and situated in an exclusive/discreet part of Lagos. However, location isnt good during the raining season. Usually gets flooded... If you must during that season, go with an SUV
Lovely hotel, with an understated elegance. The Executive Board Room was small, but it was perfect for our need, and the service they put together on such short notice was great. We spied a beautiful swimming pool, a dinning and bar. There were sitting areas with beautiful furniture, and the staff were courteous and responsive.
Beautiful hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. Furniture need an overhaul. Overall nice experience
Very secured environment........
Out standing staff. Driver who took us was wonderful. Breakfast was OK. Could have been better. But overall great place clean. Security great.
Very nice quiet residence area. Not for those who like going out as it is far from everything.Stayed one might. Internet did not work, light went off a couple of time, not always able to connect to tv channel. Finally, breakfast was good but served 35 minutes late.
Some of the staffs are really good and respectful, we had breakfast included in the stay but they need to work on cleaning the pool area and the pool itself. Also, I and my wife couldn’t take it when we had to warm our lunch in the microwave and the attendant said we’d need to pay 500naira. First of all the food in the hotel is too expensive and I could only warm my food if I got the food from the hotel. This is wack. Anyways we got to warm the food for free after so many discussions and talks.
It is cozy, the environment is clean, lots of plants, they have a very nice pool where you can swim or chill, the room is nice too, theres even a safe in case you want to keep something valuable, you should definitely try their spaghetti bolognese when you go there.
My go-to hotel whenever am in Lagos. Always quite and peaceful. The lobby and the rooms needs to be upgraded though.
No water, no Wi-Fi, No Air-conditioning in this hotel. Dont waste your money! You have been warned.
This hotel rooms will provide you with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and satellite channels. Private bathrooms also come with a shower. Extras include a desk. At Three Arms Hotel you will find a fitness centre. Other facilities offered include meeting facilities. Lagos International Airport is 28 km away. The property offers free parking.
Very serene and neat environs...
Quiet environment. Nice rooms
We did enjoyed our stay, the break fast was okay.
Serene environment for relaxation.
A quiet serene hotel with solid security outfit within an estate. Good quality services for values.
A beautiful hotel in a very nice and serene environment
The hotel is way inside the estate but the building is new and the environment is clean, am sure there service is gonna be great ....
This is an average hotel 🏨. I have used them thrice. They do their best for the value they add and the price you pay. There are quick wins for them like Wi-Fi service which was largely unstable during my stay and replacing aging towels with newer ones. Hard wins will be the pool of water that collects on the road leading to the hotel, not much can be done and its not impassable. So if you dont mind these three, then the serenity, security and ambience makes it a great choice for someone on a budget. Its three arms so I give them a 3star...
Not a fantastic place, I think some guests smoke in the rooms and no live band as claimed however the receptionist was helpful
A good place to lodge.. Neat and serene environment, courteous staff members as well...
Three Arms is a nice secluded area, Osborne Estate Phase Two. Beautiful waterfront area. Not too far from the beaches and Lekki Conservation Centre. Small gym with sound system. I will say that we struggled a little at first with the room. Fridge didn’t work, A/C wasn’t cool, no microwave, but the employees were quick to resolve the issues. Great service overall. They tried to charge us to use the microwave because we bought outside food instead of eating there but I wasn’t putting up with that. The pool needs to be cleaned and remodeled ASAP but All was well in the end of it.
Good property, location and saffs
Cozy serene environment with nice meals too
Three Arms Hotel is an Hotel to stay. i enjoy the tranquility of the hotel. The stay are professionals the food is great
If you come from abroad, avoid at all cost. You can ignore all the positive ratings, the hotel must have bought all the fake reviews.Food was disgusting, a carton of juice actually came with noticeable evidence that someone else opened it before. Coincidentally this is the same lady doing the breakfast, that looks like shes got anger management issues.Staff at restaurant will forget what you ordered and come back in 30 mins to tell you xyz has run out of stock. Breakfast was cold and staff actually suggested can I microwave it for you? The staff looking at the carton of pineapple juice will tell you they only have apple juice available. The dish in the picture costs 9000 ngn which is 25USD. You can make your own decision whether its worth it.Internet never works and reception always says theyre working on it, and will never give a specific time. (On the last night they told me they fixed it. So I assume soon means 72 hours in Nigeria)Everyday you have to remind room service to change the towels. Theyll take 2 hour to do so even if you ask them repeatedly.Water from tap is always brown and smells weird. And when you check out theyll play dumb and overcharge you 400 ngn for food.In summary the hotel wants to provide the worse service imaginable, almost deliberately, and steal from guests whenever there is a chance.
Nice rooms, but the furniture is dated and needs urgent overhaul.
Lovely zone for relaxation away from home...Miracle and Gift were available to help see to your needs...great staff in all.
Nice, cosy and reasonable
Beautiful, nice aura and comfy
Beautiful hotel and I was told their price is very affordable for a hotel in ikoyi, 20000 per night is shockingly cheap
Its situated in a serene area with beautiful ambience and professional staff
Went there for a quick meeting
A nice hotel and good food for its guest. Access to the Hotel and the canal is the only challenge.
Lovely environment, courteous staff, beautiful and well kept building. Just a bit of issues, some electrical appliances were not working in our first room, AC and light fittings but someone came to rectify it.
You can go there for weekend getaway and relax with friends and family.
This hotel is not worth a dollar. I had to wait an hour for water to shower and when it came on it was yellow. Please stay away from this dump!
Cosy and Victorian. I love the serenity
10 to 20 minutes walk inside a big water before the hotel which you can never escape by car or walking. This place isnt ideal during raining season
Worst Hotel .Nothing works and rude staff
Good environment! Beautiful buildings and well clean streets.
Nightmare. The light went off in my room at 11pm. They come to repair it but they couldnt. After some argument with the staff I got an other room. That room had no working A/C. Argument with the staff again. I got an other room. Got in bed after 1amThey did not prepare towels and soap in my room. So I went to the reception to get some. Then I realised that I cannot open my door. The staff cannot open it, too!!!!! They told me the knew about this issue but that was their only room. They just did not mention that the lock is not working. I had to wake up my wife to open it from insideThe double room contains only ONE(!) breakfast. You have to pay 4,500ngn for the other ones.English breakfast: they do not have most of the items listed on the menu. You better to ask what they have. English breakfast: egg, one cheap sausage, some canned beans in tomato sauce, NO bacon.Pool is disgusting. I think a bird fell in it because a lot of feathers were floating on the water (besides of other items)Food from the menu: overpriced and terrible. Beet was old, dry, chewy. Mash was made from mash flakesAround 4 channels on the TVRooms are dirty (A/C and air extractor were covered with black dust and I also saw the pillows before the put the cover on them... I shouldnt... Towels are very old and very used, grayfish instead of white), not maintainedI ordered a beer at the bar. I had to ask for it three times then I finally got... an invoice of somebody else... Instead of the beer... There were only two people at the bar...
Its a good place to stay
Very quiet, rooms arent spacious but clean and classy
3 star
I take my hats down for this one. Its a lovely place to be, try coming with some friends and family too. Itll be worth it

The room ,the facility, and service are all good. I think its very cost effective.
Affordable rooms with excellent service
Cool and calm place to be
Safe, comfortable and staff are very much friendly and competence
Breakfast was awesome. Quiet and neat environs.
Budget accommodation with nice facilities and expert services good food just like mamas.
Very strategic location if you want a hotel that feels like home
If privacy is what youre after- its ideal, if excellent service and standards is what you are after- this is average. All in all, an ok hotel.

Great ambience and a cosy environment
Such a beautiful place.
Nice hotel in a very reserved location
Serene environment. Clean. Polite staff. But bad food, dont count on great internet connection and get ready to chase maintenance about fixing little things like tuning your TV, toilet flusher, water etc.
Was but impressed with the bathroom
Calm place, neat and homely. Loved it.👍
