The reception was very welcoming, the staffs are very polite and friendly, the environment is very clean. The promptness in meeting my every need was extremely appreciated and I love that they check on you before letting your visitors leave. I was well taken care of, looking forward to a next time.

I was at the hotel and I really enjoyed my stay there. The food was delicious , the facilities are all in good shape, I will always recommend the hotel to my friends .

Presken Annex is one of the best branch have been to so far, perfect location quite environment and very clean too, friendly staffs the room is sparkling clean the house keepers are doing a great job especially Emmanuel is a good room designer, i really enjoyed my stay

It was a wonderful experience, the pool is a bit small and the hotel is not the biggest in terms of land mass. People around were courteous and the environment was serene.The hotel owners need to seriously work on publicising their location. I tell you for free, there are 3 branches of Presken just within GRA alone and people keep mixing the locations up.

A hostess unable to find a reservation made over a month ago who recommended that I cancel my reservation and redo it, resulting in an additional $ 100, and I rescinded the price increased by another $ 200. They rip off the prices.
