Dont expect room service, spent 3 nights no one cane to clean the room it was awful and the place needs a serious uplift but you would enjoy friendly staff

They dont render good services to customers and their receptionist is very rude

Was not so impressed with the maintenance of the place and services rendered. Price is affordable considering location. The place is just there, just okay. Nothing special or interesting. Kind of old too. One would have high expectations looking at the name but its just a regular hotel. Would stay there again though, hence three stars.

I made a review with my other Google account and I was called on phone by the staff of the hotel. My comments were checked against the room I stayed and feedback was given to me. The staff of this place are wonderful. Continuous improvement will go a long way!

The place is under staffed. But the front office lady is trying her best. Fumigation will not be a bad idea. The price of food is also on the high side. Rooms are clean. But there is this sewage odour that makes is impossible to open the windows. Overall it is not bad considering the price and location.

Serene environment, practically cut off from the noise of the surrounding area. Polite staff. Room is standard with just about the basics. Time to respond to customer requests could use some improvement however. Affordable for the services rendered.

A good place for the price. Paid for the standard at N12, 500 but the fridge wasnt working in in the standard rooms and I was actually upgraded to the N20k room by the male receptionist at no extra cost. Though not sure the female receptionist would have done the same.

The food was too poor for the price, the old AC went off on its own, must be on timer and there was no AC remote. The water in the bathroom was slow running and brownish in colour. The fridge was looking rusty. Overall the price paid was not justified, they can do more with simple improvements. The staff were courteous and professional though.

Perfect hotel for a low budget. Professional staffs, neat and quiet environment. But I had to pay extra money to change room for a faulty A.c. that was in my room atleast I should have gotten a free upgrade. Free WiFi but extremely slow. In all I would recommend if you are on a low budget

The rooms are not hygienic. The toilet smells and the water is discolored. My room was changed because of this and behold, the new room i was given was no different. I was afraid I would catch an infection. The bed sheets smelled, I had to ask for a change of beddings still, the unpleasant odour lingered. The food is terrible and too expensive at that. The evening/morning staff lack customer relations skills but the morning/evening staff are pleasant especially the receptionist. The AC works. The TV works although I never bothered changing channels because I just couldnt wait to get out of the room. For me, I got no value for the #10,000 I paid. I would not be recommending here to anyone because I have gotten way better service at way cheaper rate at some other hotel.

Its a budget hotel but not well maintained. Its grossly understaff; guests complained of mosquitoes and roaches. I recommend you add a few more Benjamin and check in into a better hotel.

Nice hotel with good price, located near to corporate places in VI

Poor staff response....no hot water on the first day. Mosquitoes were also in our room.....AC worked but not at full capacity. Its basically a budget hotel.

The price was reasonable for the location. The vicinity was neat, the air condition, TV and room was total comfort. The bathroom was always kept neat except that the water was colored. The Wi-Fi was not so wonderful but manageable. I would recommend this place for anyone but make sure you come along with enough cash to by bottled water for brushing. Plus, the food was expensive and tastes bad. I ate bitter leaf soup and that was the last time I ate at the resort. Its OK but could be improved.

Good place

This place was shocking. We had no shower, it was an open floor with brown flowing water. My room was charged at 10,000 naira when actually it was supposed to be 7000 naira.The breakfast that they served was ridiculous. Bread with brown water again. When we had to check out, there was no electricity, no light, nothing. The fridge I had in my room was dirty and not cold enough to cool drinks also. The customer service was poor aswell. I think a course in hospitality would really help the hotel and staff to improve plus maintenance on the rooms need to be addressed.As soon as we left magicly the power came back on. I would advise no one to come to this rubbish hotel unless you are very desperate or you feel sorry for your life.

Averagely OK, but my children likes it a lot.

Very budget friendly, courteous workers and nice indoors. Youll not be making a bad choice but youll be getting service not more than what you paid for.

Averagely priced for that part of Lagos where every hotel seems to eat off ones pocket. Will definitely recommend it for one on low budget.

Small budget hotel for the price of staying at the Victoria Island in Lagos Nigeria. Great service however management needs to work on the water and shower systems.

Very ridiculous customer service. Front desk was sullen and unhelpful and they seem to have no idea of how to handle people. Very rude. Are they doing us a favor by allowing is to stay at their hotel or are we using our hard earned money to stay here? Avoid avoid avoid.

This place is old and would need renovation as the amenities there are dilapidated.

You get what you pay for. A normal room, just for sleep; you buy your food. Average bathroom too, smells sometimes. Shower not working.
