A good place for a pocket-friendly lodging, spacious rooms and beds for two not to mention free WiFi with slow speed. The compound is big with enough car parking space. They also have a bar but as at the time I visited, it was closed and I didnt ask why. Friendly staff and all. Not a bad place overall.

Needs major improvemment. Used to be a great place. On my last visit, the bed sheet was dirty and the room was full of mosquitos. Went to complain and the staff that came up ended up shouting at me and gave me wet sheets and to do it myself. It was horrible. Im sure there are better places for 12k

A decent place to stay if your business in Lagos in around Maryland.

Spacious and with a good parking space. It offers free wi-fi for lodgers. The hotel seems to have seen glory days. The water runs it the bathroom could do with a little face-lift. Electricity was constant and the air-conditioning was at maximum strength.The front desk service wasnt too friendly and all.

I wasnt really impressed with the hotel management but one thing I can give them is that there rooms are very spacious. They also have a large parking area but apart from drinks you cant get anything to eat except you go outside. I didnt use their WiFi even though it was available so I cant really comment on it

Huge hotel. Huge rooms, pleasant staff, both run around guys and receptionist. All guys. Your cars are washed for free without you asking. Multiple good wifi choices for different rooms. Three floors in the building. I stayed in room 08 on the ground floor for two days and room 24 on the first floor for another 3 days. Both large. AC works great. Large parking space in the premises. Walls are not the cleanest but not dirty. At this time no kitchen or restaurant service. Theres a restaurant right outside the gate, with shawarma and asun spots. Friuts sellers and little grocery shops walking distance from the hotel. Overall good experience.

Easy to locate conspicuously painted with spacious compound for parking and even possibly an out door event, standby gen and WiFi which youll enjoy, but their kitchen service wasnt functional through my stay due to restructuring excuse. Also not overly crowded, those who enjoy privacy would like it.

Quite close to Maryland mall. Great meal, cheap, and well maintained. Good value for money.

The space is HUUUGE, both the room and the bathroom. Room service was great too and even the soap was a fancy, flowery-scenting one, different from regular hotel soap. Air-conditioning and other facilities was on point too. Even when i stayed a fee minutes overtime, I was very subtly and courteously notified. Everything in th bathroom was worked too. It was worth every penny of the 7500 naira.

Cheap hotel but electricity is constant

Nice place, my only challenge was that I made a reservation online while on transit from Abuja. The price of the room was 7000 online only for me to get here and they said its 7500. This have really upset my budget, but thank God Im spending only 2 nights.

Its tidy and quiet. The staff are responsive to your needs. Not an expensive or luxurious hotel but what a traveler to Lagos with average pocket size would want.

The rooms are spacious. The furniture looks really old and can be changed. The bathroom is not good, had some broken elements. Im not sure I saw a water heater in there. The last time I was there the TV didnt have cable channels.

The infrastructure isnt soo good.The service is good tho.Friendly people around.And delicious food.

Good price in central Lagos mainland

Cheap and nice. Its not an amazing hotel but for the price they charge, which is around 7k, it is an amazing bargain. If you ever need to stay around Maryland/Ikeja and have a low budget, this is highly recommended.

Some of the workers/employees find it difficult to communicate well in english, but they are trying. The rooms are nice, and conducive for that price. Kudos!

First of all when people make a review and start giving 1 star, they should be very considerate. First of all this hotel is not expensive at all and a few things they have going for them is 24 hr uninterrupted power supply, a very strong wifi connection, aircontioning and big rooms and hot water, I think this is enough for 7500 Naira. More expensive hotels I have stayed at are not better off, also it is also situated in a high brow area.
