Needs maintenance and better service. The best room didnt have light switch or heater. Overpriced, underwhelming.

They are extortionists. So I visited the hotel and transacted with the manager that I needed a room, the fee was 5k and was not given any specific time to leave but Im not to stay for the whole day. Got there 10:45am and by 4:40pm I was bullied out and forced to pay extra.

I was one of the first clients when it opened but over time it has been on a downward path.Power is no more guaranteed for airconditioning,the bar and swimming pool area are often filled with neighbourhood boys and girls who are often quite noisy. The management has also adopted a headmaster type of attitude to try to force clients to patronize their overpriced and unpalatable kitchen offerings .They also infringe on customers rights with by not allowing customers to bring in food, drinks of their choice. Imagine a gateman seizing customers food and throwing it away with the full support of the manager!Environment is dirty and even when you have paid into their account before arrival youll find a completely bemused ŕeceptionist with no clue at all about it. The hotel needs a complete reorganisation.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Environment is untidy, rooms are small and needs a lot of touch ups.

Services are so poor and inefficient. ...Most especially in the kitchen area...imagine lodging for 2 days and u cant get through the kitchen for food. .....is either the cook is not available or she doesnt want to answer. .....or serving u 3hours after order. ....aint impressed. ..cant ever come back here
