I liked it yes. Now the room was never cool enough! The Ac was central but just never cold enough. The cooler in the room as well was never cold. Now let me say the food at ibis is delicious!!The staff are friendly and they dont intrude.I love the serenity of this hotel and the fact that everyone minds their business here.The staff are always masked and do well to remind the quest to stay masked.The Hotel is beautiful too! There is a swimming pool if thats your thing and an outdoor dining area as well as a gym..Overall I had a good time at IBIS. If you are looking for a quiet place to take your partner or yourself for a relaxing and enjoyable time I recommend IBIS Hotel..It is moderately priced actually.The weekday prices defer from weekend prices though.Goodluck 😊

Very nice ambience, lovely environment and cordial staff. Rooms are a bit cramped up and a bit pricey too. Great food menu, a lot of 5 star dishes and Italian cuisine. Also close to other great restaurants in the area.

The rooms and the space the hotel is occupying is not too big, but they have made good use of it. Its a good average hotel, nicely built. The restaurant has a cool look. Located close to the airport and has easy access to other parts of Lagos.

Very beautiful hotel with many rooms, halls for all sort of occasions and meetings, there is underground parking lot, there is WiFi connection for guests. They also have in-house catering services. There is a lovely clean swimming pool for the guests.

Located on the ever busy Toyin street Ikeja Lagos. I have been there on two other occasions and all were for business meetings. Had a light meal of pepper soup,bread and a smoothie drink and i had no regrets. Cool place ,more beautiful at night .

It was great, but I had the housekeeping team knock on my door severally and it was disturbing and I couldn’t have a comfortable sleep. Main reason I didn’t extend my stay. I suggest the front desk put a call through to guests in room for any request, or check out reminder.

The place is not bad. The price for the accommodation is a bit on the high side considering how small the rooms are. The rooms can be finer with some picture frames on the wall.

Room space small but well maximised for guest comfort. Service is bundled with free WiFi and complimentary breakfast. Rates are pricey but you will surely get value for your money.

Beautiful environment, a lovely conference room and very responsive staff. They are always ready amd available to help. The food is however not tasty, (except for the tea break snacks) and there is limited variety of breakfast and the buffet lunch. The rooms are lovely though and I enjoyed my stay.

I stayed at this hotel in 2019 , I really enjoyed my stay . The gentleman cleaned my room daily , took out my trash , and I had fresh sheets daily , also my bathroom was spotless . The food is another review to write , it was absolutely delicious. I will stay again .

A decent budget friendly hotel centrally located in Ikeja. Proximity to banks, eateries etc. I enjoyed my stay here and I like the fact that they have provision for early breakfast from 4am. Cause I needed to leave early.

I was lodged at ibis for a week and it was relatively okay. The rooms are cozy and clean. The restaurant was also very good. Buffet was very decent and somewhat affordable. Good experience overall, could be better definitely.

Food was horrible, didnt taste good, I could not eat them.It was the worst burger I have ever had.The vegetable soup was slimy or was it the crunch rice, it was just a no for, I had to eat out for my remaining stay.Service to customer was also poor.

Im in Lagos currently for a short stay, I needed a decent hotel where I can lodge and enjoy comfort. Ibis came to my mind. Im lodged there and Im glad the experience is worth my while.Im having same experience I enjoyed in Hotel Ibis, Al-Barsha, Dubai in summer, 2019. The service, structure, room settings and everything are the same.5 Stars!

Loved it! You can swim in their pool for a fee if you do not stay in the hotel. The wait staff are polite and attentive. The floor manager, I think that is what she does, is not so polite especially if you dont stay in the hotel as a guest.The food is decent. The buffet, Ill give a 3/5. The security staff are polite and helpful.

This is the worst place to be in Lagos.My team ordered a buffet for myself and my team members and even without eating, we have been charged.You can’t even take food to your room if you are lodging in the hotel.Also, they will come complaining to you about one thing or the other till you lose your appetite and leave the food.Lastly, their staffs keep bragging of working in other hotels and have worked with 1million client who has never complained of them hence your concerns are dire grades.This is somewhere we lodged for days and have been eating worth over hundreds of thousands yet they treat people like animals.Totally the worst place to ever lodge, if you are ever looking for lodging in Lagos, you simply don’t want to ever stay there or use their restaurant

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Terrible receptions and lackadaisical attitude towards clients.I least expected and I was completely shocked and at what greeted me when I checked in.I get to the room and oh dear, tv not working and for more than 30 minutes no one came to my rescue. I just had to check out. Never will I make any attempt to sleep here anytime I go to Lagos.

The hotel is a hidden gem on Toyin Street. The restaurant was beautiful. The food tasted good. The staff were mostly polite. And it is affordable.

Ibis is a clean decent hotel in Ikeja. Though they have branches all over Lagos State yet, its the same experience in any of their branches. You will always enjoy your stay in the hotel.

Great ambience, friendly staffs. Th hotel air conditioning was not cooling much which was a bummer for the price I paid. The prices of food and drinks is very pricey more like a real off. Power outrage was not stable as phcn will take the light and they will have to turn on the gen which was quick but happened more than 20 times during my stay. The rooms are also small in sizes

The hotel looks very clean outside , the room is very small and there were bed bugs in my bed , with not so clean bed sheet. Paying #38, 000 a night and leaving with bed bugs, itching body and a awful experience. When I notify the management, asks for a refund from the manager ,Mrs. Rita, all I got was sorry for what happened, but we can’t refund your money, but we will give you a different room. That was the day I was checking out, because I check-in late Monday at 11.30 pm May 24, 2021, on Tuesday I was busy, never I stayed in the room. so by Wednesday, May 26, 2021. I was having a terrible itching on my body that when I decided to inspect and check my the bed that when found the bed bug in the bed, then notify the management as I was ready to check out that Wednesday morning .

Nice cool place to spend some time. Swimming areas and bar is a little bit cramped but thats to be expected in an hotel at the heart of ikeja. Underground packing garage.Went for a seminar there and experienced power cuts up to 10 times during the course of the day. Probably the hall we used was on the grid and is not connected to the hotel generator. Overall a chill cool place
