This Hotel has a nice and serene environment, the road to the hotel is good as well.I and my friends hung out in the hotel bar and it was great. Customer care was perfect as well.Please call to book ahead because we went there on a Tuesday evening and every room in the hotel was already booked.

Very conducive, totally a five star hotel if you ask me

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay here. The rooms are neat, the service was on par and the staff was professional. Only issue is there was a lot of loud music from most of the rooms. Really loud. But I’ll definitely be going back.

I can’t believe I called the hotel in the morning to make a reservation and I was told there’s no room and that the might be room in the afternoon when the customer might have checked out. I keep calling and calling to make sure the reservation was made and the Receptionist told me that they’re cleaning the room and that I can’t check in by that 1pm that I will need to wait a bit for them to clean! Only for me to called back in an hour time and the lady there told me the room was sold out and that they have been calling and even sent me a text and that I didn’t respond, I had to go through my phone and there was no missed calls nor text messages from Eros hotel. How can your stuff be lying on me and to be sincerely speaking I’m so disappointed in Eros hotel😡😡😡 you can’t be keeping stuff that lies or even lay a force allocation on your customers.

The hotel room has an awful smell my brother and I had to pass the night at the reception.The management staff also have no integrity.Rooms are given out even after payments have been made.

Bathroom nasty, dont expect to get the basic thing called tooth brush and paste and when you asked the manager she said thats why its cheap.Well 17k I think next time I will go pay 23k and get free breakfast and tooth brush with paste.

Eros Hotel is the best place to be. The buildings are fantastic. The environment is serene and neat.

Sheets are stained. Roaches. Music from the bar can be heard while in the room (105). Didnt not feel safe. I had to check out of the hotel after an hour there.

I was lodged here for days with friends, fairly priced rooms, nice and family approved pool. The room is well lit, the staff is courteous.From the outward view, it is beautiful, the parking space is enough, the road leading to the hotel is terrible though.On getting there, the receptionists are warm and the bell boys can assist with the luggage if you want them to.The room service was good, the bathroom, great. Water heater is functional. The room is spacious, it was a wonderful experience being there and would definitely be coming back soon 😁
