Kitchen and reception staff so rude.they deliberately ignore calls.i had to go to d reception in my towel to complain.waited almost an hour for my food yet it came cold..asked for a room change but no one came to see to that... Worse experience Ive had in an hotel

Really nice place.

1. The rooms (I had to change rooms) were so damp, even the bed feels wet. The bedding and lamps were covered in the Grey stains2. This could be a one-off. The kitchen took over 1 hour to process an order3. Internet service? Well, what internet service?

There were mosquitoes and the kitchen took two hours to prepare my food. The branch in VI has better services

Its a good place and nice environs, however M I think because of the reputation of the place its not easy to go there as a beautiful lady. You always have men disturbing you thinking you are there for hookup. Some of them will even harass you is you are not careful

The staffs in the kitchen are so unprofessional, they came knocking my room in the middle of the night for payment when they can actually put a call through. This was done twice...I am so furious typing this.

Hotel management does not take proper care of their rooms, mosquitoes everywhere. And they didnt fleet it or change the bad chair in the room I stayed even after they said they will do it

The rooms didnt have good network connection then the WiFi was very slow. Only one socket worked in the room I stayed. Finally, the entire place smells like Marijuana and Shisha. Though its clearly stated that smoking is disallowed, the staff still allow it

Spacious parking and the rooms are lovely and massive

They need to do better by adding footmats in the bathroom so people can dry their legs after bathing. The bucket is highly unecessary and an eyesore. The POPs are damp and have stains. I recommend serious painting or change. Whiter towels are also strongly recommended.

You will not believe the serenity of this place in relation to its location. Very well kept facilities. Clean rooms and decently appointed with appropriate furniture and amenities. Front desk people are friendly. Friendliness may however not be enough as they require further development to help them manage better. Room rates are incredible. Great value for money.

Dmatel hotel is okay, the only difficulty is the wi-Fi the network is very poor .

The hotel was nice and clean, it was the 3rd hotel I stayed in whilst in Nigeria for a wedding but just the rest of them, the only downfall was the staff. Not a single smile on their faces and even when you talk to the staff they cant even look you in the eye.I felt like the staff were forced to do the job or at least thats the impression they give.
