I wont recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality room to relax, despite having nice exterior and reception. The rooms are unclean and clearly mismanaged. The toilets flushers dont work, the sink has been removed for some rooms, and the facilities are not working. I believe if the hotel was properly managed, it could have turned out better. However, if youre looking for a one night stand and not really bothered about the quality of service, then just maybe you might like it.

Nice enoughAdmin and management needs to work on few things to increase their functionality.AC needs to replaced or maintained, theyre cold enough infact extra cold enough but some of them make loud sounds which is not good enough while sleeping. Power supply also needs to be stabilized, reduce power outage by having back up power supply plans.Welcoming is average.Well done.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

If there was anything lower than a one star. They still dont deserve it. Very poor customer service, no properly laid beds, bed sheets Im sure are washed only once monthly. Toilet looks nauseating and on top of that I still had to go outside to buy toothpaste, tissue and soap since they forgot to bring it up to my room even after reminding them severally. Theres nothing good about this hotel! I repeat, NOTHING!

I visited yes but I changed my mind about lodging when I saw the rooms. Its so basic that I wonder why it should go for such amount. They have a pool and themed nights which is their only plus. But if Im going to pay that amount for a room then Ill always choose a different hotel where I know Ill get the worth of That money

Shouldnt be called an hotel. Was late for my appointment because there was no running water in the morning.Its horrible right after check in. Had to change rooms.Its better the owner trains her staff. It could be basic but functional. Its really not very nice

Worst hotel everPaid for the so called exquisite suite, was promised TV and AC, when I got to the first room the TV wasnt working and neither was the AC, so I was taken to another room where only the TV was working but the space was cramped so I opted for the first one after they fully assured me that by 11pm the big gen would come on and so would the AC. On getting to the room I noticed a mosquito and I asked for insecticide which they promised to bring to my room, waited up for them but nothing. At 12am no AC, and then the mosquitoes started with me. It was a terrible night cus I cant sleep with mosquitoes and the fan was not rolling well either. Around 3 am I got fed up and went downstairs to confront them about the AC only to meet the attendants all covered up with AC and a big industrial fan blowing on their head, I got so mad 😡 and woke them up and asked why the AC in my room wasnt working they gave excuses about the big gen not coming on and how the one they were using cant carry the AC. After so many threats of not leaving there till something is done or I am refunded half my money back, they took the fan they were using to my room. The fan did wonders tho cus I could sleep after then.Sorry about the long write up. 🙏

Rat infested room - lost my edibles to the rodents, dirty bedsheets, ancient looking refrigerator and the mosquitoes here feasted on us all night long, stained walls, the ceiling fan is so dusty that dust particles fell off it when I switched it on. I will never recommend this rundown place to anyone. It was a terrible experience!

Too pricy, not worth the amount. The rooms are awful, the ACs dont work rooms and the rooms arent spacious even the most expensive room is not fit for that price.

My stay in this supposed hotel was the worst experience ever,the service was very poor,the toilets are dirty,when i say dirty i mean very dirty,the rooms smell,no water heater,the bucket i was given to have my bath with was broken and leaking,the receptionist was rude,actually called a customer a fool but then again she is not to be blamed because she definitely has no for the manager.De next hotel doesn’t deserve a half star.
