Reserved room for 2 but only received 1 breakfast! The bartender was very rude to my husband! As an American I have never seen people treat customers so poorly! You do work for your customers and they do pay your paychecks! I have 30 years of customer service experience and I know how it should be! Also absolutely no hot water at all out of either faucets my entire stay! Would not recommend staying there

Nice and clean at least. One of the cleanest hotels in Lagos. Service is good. So even if this hotel doesnt have gym or swimming pool for now, i recommend this place because it is comfortable

Would have rated it a 5 star but the water heater was not working and I had to use cold water plus breakfast came a bit late.

A regular customer at the hotel, using the bar facilities and lodge over 5times but on this particular stay it was a terrible experience, checked into the room and I had 2 business partners visiting ,.I stepped out of the room to get some things at the supermarket, before I got back one of my guest smoked a stick of cigarette in the toilet, I got back to the room used the toilet and smelled the cigarette and told him its a non smoking hotel, he apologized.we all stepped out of the room for drink outside the hotel, came back to be embarrassed by the manager in front of my business partners that I have to be checked out for smoking, I asked him what is the penalty for smoking? He said I would be checked out and pay ₦10,000 fine, I appealed to him that am a regular customer at the hotel and I dont smoke, it was an error because I was not in when my guest smoked,but he cared less and I was civil enough to vacate the room.

Nice place to lodge in - either for long or short stay. I was given a warm welcome by the personnel right from first step into the hotel. I like the extra parking space for cars right beside the hotel.The rooms are quite cozy and comfy enough as well as well maintained. The main entrance is wheelchair accessible.

Good structure, furniture and fittings. The ambience is good too; everything is neat and no foul smells.However, the toiletries that were given seemed substandard; the bathing liquid soap didnt seem like it cleans anything. You also need to make plan for your own tooth brush and paste.I think they need more diverse customers to see the need to buff up on the aspect of customer service. Just have it at in mind that they take their rules more importantly than your feelings. And they probably have cameras everywhere.Their rules; you cant smoke, more than two adults cant pass the night in a room, and others. I was too tired to take that second rule serious until they had to break in on us while we were asleep. They didnt mind waking us after they came in to enforce that rule. Just respect their rules and youll be fine. I mean all their rules.

I really get all i wanted, like WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING, TIED BED, CLEAN TOILET, 24H ELECTRICITY, NICE CUSTOMER SERVICES and many more.And the price is fair enough.

We lodged with high expectations cos of the serene environment but the customer service was very appalling. One of the receptionist was so so rude. Despite booking 10 rooms and some for more than one night, we were denied some very basic privileges. The receptionist wouldn’t even allow us to meet with the manager. In addition smelly toilet, poor drainage system in the shower, recurrent interruption of power supply. I even told the receptionist I will give them a bad rating; the lady said I should go ahead as she didn’t give a damn. Poor service all together.

I stayed at DCM HOTELS AND Suites for 3 weeks. The environment was so clean including rooms and toilets, experienced 24hrs electricity, staffs were so polite, friendly and at the same time professional. The Bar and Resturant so classy. The most enjoyable part of it was the noises were so limited that I enjoyed my sleep at all times. The Food menu were excellent, diliciously made that I look forward to it daily. I was constantly served the complimentry breakfast. I had access to phones to contact each departments and of course free WiFi. The lundury services were superb. I would like to use this opportunity to say a massive thank you to the team for making my stay a very enjoyable and memorable one. I would surely recommend you to my friends, family and colleagues. before I forget I used their Airport shuttle services too and it was very safe and secure and security services were always on site daily. Due to my positive experience I would rate this hotel 5 stars. Please keep up the Good services especially for those of us who lives outside Nigeria. The payment options were so secure. I paid even before my arrival and payment and receipt were confirmed promptly by the CEO. 👌👍👏❤
