A very good place to relax, and do your businesses especially in Apapa area, very close to both Tin Can island and Apapa ports. Especially now that traffic to those areas is chaotic.

Carliza Hotel is a beautiful place in Apapa. It has 2 access, one is through water and the other one through the road. It is a well secured environment. They have good restaurant where both local and continental foods are being served. Less I forget, they have a waterfront bar where good drinks are served.

Just stayed some days here in this nice hotel. The area around is not the nicest place in town but inside the hotel is everything perfect. Nice room, friendly staff! Will come again when I visit Lagos again.

Secured, ambient, and superb hotel. Poor exterior, fantastic interior view. Friendly service. The rooms are just okay for the cost.

Wifi was bad, I had to us my phones hotspot, AC in my room was making to much noise.

Maintenance culture is very poor.

Beautiful and nice place, but the staff are not trained. Their communication skill is close to zero, this hotel usually get expatriates as customers because of the name and its location. Companies lodge their workers there because it is closeby and also to enable them meet with other expats. Ordinarily, they suck at hospitality and maintenance.

Relatively peaceful. Poor service and not usually punctual. The pool is small and not always blue water clear. Lovely waterside Bush bar and restaurant is clean,neat and serene. No gym. But theres a small spa. If you need somewhere to stop in Apapa and rest then Caliza might just be the place for you.

Came for 1 month to visit my family and friends in Lagos and I have to say that management was very kind with me and my wife. First I committed the huge mistake of reserving from my country, what increased prize over 300%.Fortunately, there was Roberto, the director and that wonderful lady as manager, they understood the situation perfectly and they arranged for me a suite, for that was finally a 30 days-long stay and for a very competitive prize.Always asked us if everything was OK, and always they helped when necessary.VERY SAFE AND ORGANIZED PLACE. Staff is always correct, nobody comes to bother you.About premises: Modern style and furnitures. Good location, near Apapa Boat Club and with private dock. Nice ambiance, although a bit sad, mainly with that wonderful yard near the water that would be great for music and dinner. Clean, daily service, of course. Always electric power. GOOD MAINTENANCE, diligently kept, A/C pretty efficient . Daily water bottle (50 cl) and towels, although its true you have to insist to have more than one. Thats no good indeed.Good, efficient laundry. Good swimming pool, except when its full of youngsters, but well, thats youth, you know.Nice, big restaurant, good cooking, wide range of dishes.I just have one advice to the owner:Please, for the daily basic price you ask for a room (high) have a minimum maintenance level of TV signal and/or TV devices.
