I really heard good things about this place then decided to try it out. Didnt have a good experience.First, the AC had not remote control. Called the reception tion and they told us that theres no remote control.Using the shower was rocket science. The water pressure is very low. Switching from the tab to the handheld to the shower at the top was as impossible task.The wardrobe was a mess! The steps were broken.The bed! The bed!! There was a big deep in the middle of the bed. Woke up with serious back pain.I didnt enjoy my stay. I was rudely shocked and disappointed.I planned staying the whole weekend but had to leave on Saturday morning

They have a nice place but very bad customer service, they fumigated us inside the rooms before our check out time, just because we told them that our check time wasn’t then. They left us inside and fumigated, we almost chocked to death, if someone is asmathic will just die! Bad hotel! Avoid !

One of the best hotels in Festac, price rooms range from 10k to 40k depending on where you are booking from. The hotel is bed and breakfast for one though. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. The bathroom comes with standing showers and hot water. would recommend Carats 24 in Festac

They had some really friendly staff. I however had to wait for a while at the reception for someone to come check me in. My check out was smooth and quick.The room can use cleaner bedsheets, sincerely. I could see brown stains on my sheets which made me very shaky and conscious of the environment.Breakfast was tasty and complimentary.

For those who like nice and quiet. 24 hours electricity, positioned away from traffic and theyre always upgrading and maintaining the building and facilities. Good place

Perfect ambience. perfect location.

I absolutely loved my room. It felt like home. Plants in the room and a lovely cool green colour helped me sleep easily. Buffet breakfast was on point. The staff are really friendly. They were about 8 TV channels to chose from. Great value for money. I was there for 5 days for work.I would visit again

Its needs a complete renovation. Towels and sheets were dead, the floors were sandy.. But their food was good and there staff were very nice and polite

Uninterrupted power, Escalator service. Free breakfast for one ( partner have to pay though). Restaurant and Bar is nicely setup and posh.Staffs are professional and cordial.Overall, service was very good

Beautiful environment.. Tried the first time for a friends shower.. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with quality furniture and accessories. Laundry services available, also a sauna and spa. There was also a makeup corner for a quick facebeat.. Nice place in general.

It was great but do you expect customer to pay 5000 if the bed get stian if is so I will not come there next time

The chef at this hotel does a very good job with their food and meat sauce. One can actually have a great dinner here and feel his/her money is not totally wasted. Thier bar is so classy and serene.

Nice hotel in festac. It is at 24 road. I’ll rate it a 3 Star. It has a nice parking space and a nice bar. I didn’t enter their rooms so I can’t really say much about that.

Very Kul

First of all, there was a bit of misrepresentation as they do not have a gym. However, they have constant electricity and the restaurant serves good meals. The bar is also ok with affordable drinks.The room is basic with water heater, nothing special though the bedsheets could be cleaner. That shaves a star off their ratings. They just need a bit more excellence in some small areas and it would be a very good hotel.Lastly, the staff were very friendly and courteous. That returns the star that was shaved off by the bedsheets and towels.

Carat24 is a cosy hotel situated in 24 road, Festac Town, Lagos, Nigeria. One of the places I go to rest after a tedious work weekend. This is one of my favourite places. It is very budget friendly. Excellent customer service. Good and affordable food. Cleans beds and towels. And it has not water too. If you ever want to stay in festac and Golden Tulip is pricey for you, 24carat is the next best option.

This is a cool hotel, on 24 road, festac town, Lagos. Its opposite F close. Its somewhat busy some days with clients trooping in and out.

Close to my house, friendly and a place to relate and get clean connections.

You hotel is not up to standard. Nothing is working. The bedsheets are very dirty. The ACs are not working. I have to check out of the hotel to and one. You guys have to improve on your standard
