A good hospital but some of their workers feels too big a times to respond to messages, calls and giving out feed backs is very poor. I was told to send my test report on watsap that I will be schedule for a gynea,I have sent over 2weeks now no feed back, the person handily their watsap page is not competent enough,he or she will get messages and no response or any feedback. They need to work on it please

I recently had to visit Smith Medical Centre and I was quite pleased with the service right from the security personnel at the gate to meeting the front desk personnel, nurses and doctors. I hope they keep it up and work at getting better. Thumbs up.

Professionalism applied in medical services!! They are doing really great. The facilities are in top shape albeit their services quite pricy. But you get quality treatments and follow-up from them. The doctors are really friendly. 🅿️Parking is directly available in front of the building and can accommodate as much as 10 vehicles at a time. The hospital runs on power all day thanks to the standby generator in case of power cuts.

Not pleased with their services, visited yesterday and with a temperatures of 38.5 I had to wait for over 4 hours because only a doctor and apparently a follow up patient was more priority with my temperature. I had to leave .

Dr Smith is a very wonderful Gynaecologist... I would recommend Smith Medical Centre anyday anytime!!!
