I am giving them one star because there is no place for no star. I needed medical attention while working late and my colleague suggested Roding, Victoria Island. I got there at 9.05pm and because it was my first time, I was given the usual data-extracting form to fill. It took the front officer who was watching a movie on her Desktop some minutes to attend to me. After filling the form, I was kept in the waiting area for over 30 minutes without any one talking to me. This is in spite of the fact that the outpatient section of the hospital was practically empty. I had to leave at 9.39pm after wasting my time. Because I was in so much pain, I had to race to my usual hospital in the Mainland. This is the worst experience I have ever had from a hospital. I really sympathise with the owners of the business.

Terrible hospital. Admitted my cousin for 2 nights, and still couldnt treat him properly. They did the same thing when my mom went there, couldnt even diagnose her. On top of that, the staff there are slow, rude and non-chalant.

I love this hospital because they seem to really care about the patient’s well being. The environment is clean and child friendly. The staff are caring and highly professional. I noted that they are keen to attend to your requests. It’s a homely hospital without that ‘hospital smell and look’.

This hospital is well run. I was happy with the professionalism of the doctor & nursing staff. My first time and I was happy. They should however improve on waiting time but they were quite busy.

Very professional The doctors, nurses all have a good way of getting children to relax. Love the way the hospital is meticulous with treatment of patients. They have care for children too. Kids love it there.I like that they don’t make an attempt at diagnosis until they have run and concluded a test. In the meatime, they have toys that can keep your kids happy and occupied while waiting. Recommended for Kids

My mom was seriously I’ll and in need of emergency treatment. First, when we got there, they didn’t take her to the emergency room until I filled paperwork. When she was in there it took close to 20mins for the doctor to attend to her. The hospital staff came off as nonchalant, unbothered and rude which are unacceptable behaviors when it comes to dealing with human life.

Its definitely a family hospital of choice for me. The standard of care from the nurses and doctors are impeccable, waiting time can be long or short depending on the day you go there. If its on an immunization or antenatal day the wait time is a little longer but other days its faster and they use the e-clinic to attend to you which makes it faster. And their price is fair compared to other private hospitals in VI. I like that their medical staff go over and above just to help you get better, some even pray for you and their IVF success rate is very good from what i hear and people Ive seen using the place for fertility issues. They have a consultant paediatrician and Gynaecologist always available and i like the fact that they have branches in Ojodu and yaba i guess. I know hospitals have their strong point and weak point so i dont over expect or expect a 100% from them but so far its been great.

This is a review in progress and I will add more as time goes by.At this stage, I would not recommend this clinic for any type of treatment. I went in for what I assumed would be an easy diagnosis and treatment but is turning out to be more than that. This hospital is somewhat expensive. For a youth corper with a sensitive budget, this hospital is quite expensive. I have spent close to 50K and Im not sure if Im on the right treatment plan.I wouldnt mind spending this much if I felt confident about the treatment plan.I have seen two doctors so far. One of them seemed to know and care about his job. While the other was absent minded and distant. He did not bother to read my file before he saw me and tried to wing it right in front of me. This made me lose complete trust in his medical opinion.I came in for my test results to be read and was told all the doctors are in surgery. Which struck me as odd because how can all the doctors in a hospital be in surgery at the same time? What happens if an emergency case comes in? Because of that, I would not recommend this hospital for emergencies.Lastly, the doctor prescribed 5 doses of an injection for me. Only 3 was available at the pharmacy, so the pharmacist changed my prescription to 3. What??? I had to confirm with the doctor, who confirmed that I needed 5. I went back to the pharmacist and was told they only 3 doses in stock. Im like ok...well you are going to get more before the 3 doses run out, right? And he said I dont know. Im not the procurement manager. We will see. I will try my best. I nearly started crying at this point. I begged him to please ensure the two doses are available when I needed them.I will let you know if Im able to complete my dose at this hospital. In case you hear about a young lady causing havoc at a hospital in VI, dont be alarmed...its just me demanding the remaining doses of my medication.

I wouldnt recommend this hospital for various personal reason. One, is because they over diagnose and for them the money they collect from you is far important than the health care they provide. I did spend over 70k here without getting a single hint as to what was wrong. Infact, I was supposed to go for a another round of test which I eventually didnt go for. I would have expected that they call me based on the fact that I already paid for it, but its already over two month and I still havent gotten a singe call from them. If you are in Lekki or VI, I recommend Vedic Lifecare hospital
