As far as am concerned am scoring this hospital a minus 1 because there has not been any time I come around and do not have issues. Tonight I rushed my wife down after everything I was told my bill and I further to inquire about my HMO. The lady told me she couldnt find it, after being persistent she did and to my greatest surprise the list they had reads August 2020. I eventually called my HMO and they were spot on, they sent me the list as at May 2021 where I have my name and my wifes. I am upset that I had to pay for a service which was already sorted simply because the J. A Lashman failed to have proper records. They almost succeeded in making a mockery of me but thank God I had the mail sent to me from IHMS adding my wife to my list and the swift response of their customer service. God willing this will not be the last of this and by Gods grace may I not see anything that will make me visit this hospital because their service (HMO) is appealing.

Have been an HMO patient of J.A lashman hospital for years.their staff hospitality, good reception, not to mention professionalism made me stay there till date and that also convience my colleague to also change to the hospital.So the claim about their atention to HMO patient is basicly not true...Understands that there mighty be a delay at first visit all because they need to verify enrolleee eligibility(got those education from them) and yes enrollee can not made request not because they want to exploit or denial access to care but HMO term(my HMO educates me on this)so👏👏to J.A Lashman hospital for no discrimination between their patients

****Everybody is entitle to his/her opinion, for a patient to complain means the management and staffs should look into the matter of HMO and that doesnt make the complaint or what the patient said was untrue as you claimed........they might treated you well and the other might see it as an offence, there is right for complaint.......dont say its untrue bcoz of your own view , **let them look into it and adjusted where neccessary *..******....thank you
