No jokes, there is something really wrong with the service and work culture at Holy Family Catholic Church Medical Hospital.I used their services for 5 years before I finally gave up trying to fix what was wrong. For starters, the Medical Director doesnt encourage/respect a feedback system from consumers and for some reasons the medical practices are not 100% up-to-date, the medical staff are under equipped with tools to function and theyve had such high staff turnover in the last 4 years.I thought the idea of a Hospital owned by the Catholic Church meant that the Churchs financial unit subsidized Healthcare for its parishioners, but this seemed to die off in 2018 when the service fees were increased, staff reduced and yet the service didnt improve in quality to compensate for the high charges.I need to also point that neatness is not a watchword around the Hospital and technology may have been installed there but computerized devices are not in use at all. This makes the Hospital seem like a glorified General Clinic/Hospital.
