The only hospital in Lagos NOW. Guys, when I tell you they run an healthcare facility like a proper Fortune 500 company , this is a real example live in Lekki lagos. This multi billion dollar hospital is a project brought together by various donors and a team of like minds with an excellent spirit. From the entrance, you will know you are in a very well thought and good hands. This place has very good rooms, recovery ward, nice doctors and attendants that shout “room service” when you come to clean your room. You get the care of a standard hotel while in a hospital in Lagos. This place has top notch specialists, awesome facilities and a very good cafeteria in the facility. My only concern like every other establishment is the staff and workforce we recruit from. If Nigerians don’t kill your business, then no force of hell can. If they can get it right with these bunch of lackadaisical “make I do the least I can do”; then the sky is the limit.

The hospital is brand new with polite and helpful staff. The charges are reasonable and they have all the necessary equipment (CT, MRI, Bone Scan etc) and skills. Mary and Amen at the reception were very cautious and went above per to make us comfortable. I understand theyre building a multi-level parking space in addition to the space they currently have. They meet the foreign standard and its affordable.

Extremely long wait time. Just to take vitals has taken more than 30mins on a Sunday. The reason proffered is the nurse on duty went to attend to some other people. Pray tell why should just one nurse be responsible for vitals. It’s my first time here and not a good user experience at all. We have been here since 2.30pm and it’s 3.12 pm we are still waiting for vitals to be taken.

The hospital seems to be over hyped.Brought my Aunty for Cancer treatment and the kept dragging everything. We did one test or the other and the Doc would tell us to come back for things that we would have done in 1 day. They don’t even care of the distance one has to travel to get to the hospital.Took over 1 month plus and she still Did not even start with the treatment. And remember you have to pay the doctor 25k every 10 days just for consultation, the 10 days includes weekends but Doctor is Not available on weekends. The don’t keep to time for appointments, we always had to wait for long before they could attend to us and has if we not paying for the service. At one time I got so angry 😠 and asked why a private hospital would be acting like a public hospital. One thing I noticed is that the is No order with the staff, even the Doctor. What broke the ice for me was the last appointment the doctor gave us, upon getting there only to be told the Doctor is on leave and would be back is week later or so.I was like who does that???How do you give us an appointment and you don’t even inform your patients that you going on leave, so that another Doctor attends to them .When we asked to see another Doctor, they told us the was No Doctor available that he was the only Doctor who dealt with cancer issues at the moment.I asked the receptionist how a Big hospital would only have 1 Doctor. 🤷🏽‍♀️I think the hospital is more of a business center then a health center. We never went back after that day, we had to look for another hospital that deals with cancer treatment. The Doctor or staff have Never called to even ask why we have Not come back for the appointment or treatment, nothing. Meaning the Doctor doesn’t even care, cause if one of your patient has Not shown up for some time, a concern Doctor would want to know what’s going on.The is No follow up at all. All they care about is money Not the well been of the patient. And put in mind, the cancer in my aunty was growing bigger cause No treatment had started yet.Just angry 😠 about the Time and money we wasted for months and treatment never started . ShameNothing to show for it .The only good thing about the hospital is that it’s clean, apart from that.it’s a mess.Who ever is in charge of the hospital needs to put this house in order, or you will lose business.

My wife delivered her baby there. There were difficulties but they were professionally handled. The nurses were simply put, angelic, motivated and professional. The doctors were patient, professional and courageous. Cost was high by Nigerian standards, but moderate for those that would have gone to the USA, Dubai, etc. Working through all the infrastructure challenges in Nigeria, they are a great relief. It is a place Nigerians must take advantage of. They are equipped to serve. There is great capacity. It is my hope that one day I can influence a government in Nigeria to do same or that I can build even a small version for my people. This is what people go abroad for. My heart is full of gratitude.

Saturday clinic is vital as most people work during the week. It’s therefore surprising that a hospital as big as this has 1 staff at reception attending to the multitude on Saturday. Most of the specialist services are unavailable on Saturday. Pediatric and Gynecology are important services to be offered even if for a reduced duration over the weekend. It’s frustrating to wait over 40mins to pick up medication because of the bureaucracy and disconnect when the specialist is off on Saturday yet prescribed medication for pickup.Kindly fine tune these issues and align.

A very horrible and useless hospital. I expected more from this hospital but extremely disappointed. I am on antenatal package with this people and they never give you appointments. I have to chase them down for my appointments. They never give you results on any test performed I.e blood test or scan, the staff members and doctors are incompetent and not professional. I don’t advice my enemy to register here for any reason whatsoever. They have zero care towards their patients. Fail!!!

Great looking hospital! Not the most idealLocation for a hospital. Do not drive here alone if you are feeling very unwell there are alot of issues with parking due to location . Surprisingly not too expensive. There seems to be alot of administrative staff but not enough medical staff to actually attend to patients, my fear is this will only get worse as the hospital gets more popular.Test results also take much longer than your average hospital. Be prepared to WAIT.

I brought my 6 year old son while visiting Nigeria from Canada. My sons paediatrician was Dr Ebere she is an amazing doctor. They are a very involved team who was able to treat my son who by the grace of God and their capable hands is doing very well after a 2 week stay in the ICU. Trust that they know what they are doing and have your health as their first priority.

Came very sick at about 1:39pm, paid all their fees and was left unattended to until everybody including the Doctor left me lying on the bench and went home. The security had to order me to leave the premises at about 6:30pm, my family had to roush me to another hospital where I was immediately placed on admission. Never gonna go back to Evercare ever.

I called Evercare after Eurocare promised to call me back with an orthopedic consult for over one week after finally saying their orthopedic doctor is not in the county. The hospitals in Ikoyi Ive visited had poor standards in cleanliness and lacked proper covid precautions. Evercare had a competent and effective secretary who was able to schedule me an ortho consult within two days. Will update the review after my appointment.
