Located in the water front close to Civic centre. I use to see helicopters land and takeoff from here around 2012 but of recent I have not seen any.

Pretty decent facility. I like the fact that they paid attention to visitors by including #wheelchair accessible entrances and exits. You may require a security pass to access the building.
