Delayed attendance, lack of customer service and support. No regard for clients inconvenience.Though the doctor really knows what he is doing which is great.But better customer service needs to be addressed

I am giving one star becasue I have to give a star. Arrived here some minutes to 8 since they open 8am. All particulars filled and money paid for before 8am. Weve had to wait until 8:45 and all we hear is hes coming. Our MD is to attend to her because other doctors travelled, she will be fine. Who says that? If not that I got referred by my Doctor, I wont have come here. Big name but no empathy and

Very useless people all I wanted was to make enquiries and they kept me dere for hours I called their number I dont know if it the doctor that picked nd was just replying me like he was sleeping very awful experience I just left dere now

Nobel supplied us an expensive ultrasound scanner at over N10m just 5 years ago. The machine has a software problem. Nobel fails to answer their calls. We send text messages to Dr J. S. Abe. He never responds. All we need is a Technician to come and check it and update the software. We would pay his ticket costs and pay Nobel their charges. But we dont get any response to the texts. This is a terrible way to do business or treat a client. We are using another scanner just because of this.
