They are the best lifestyle coach in Lagos . I like how Dr. Liz approaches each individuals requirement for physical activity according to their current state, and how she works them up to the recommended frequency, intensity, duration and strengths to reach their goal.The fitness center is amazing. Its modern equipment, well mannered staff and an experienced foreign trained physician, all make it a place I always love spending my time visiting.

I like the care provided especially when I am drained by the stressful work of the week . I go there for IV infusion therapy to help replenish all the nutrients I’ve lost . My hangover gets taken care of too 😀
