Premier place to get nails and hair done in Lagos. They do a wonderful job with nails and I was very happy with the outcome if my hair.However the service is poor. Being rude and saucy is not an indication of class or an upscale business.Some Customer Service training is in order.

Had a pedicure date and perhaps what was also interesting was the option to get some work done whilst being serviced. Comes highly recommended.

The nail tech rushed my set and did the wrong design. Dryers dont really work fast. Professionalism 2/10. Ive had to get the entire set re-done. Will not re-attempt.

I was especially disappointed coming to nail studio at 9:15am in the morning. Via google it says they open at 9am, upon arrival there was no light and I was told they wouldnt turn on their lights until 10am and the services will have to be performed in the dark. I asked to speak to management, no one was in sight. I simple left knowing I wont be back. My first time at the spa and I guess I wont venture coming back... highly disappointed.

Found this place on google while on the Island in Lagos for my wife’s nail vanish removal... We arrived to a very well organised studio, and courteous staff, totally well impressed and proud. I used the juice bar, and actually bought a cologne from them..., keep it up guys, you have my thumbs up

Rude staff. Quality of service varies widely depending on staff who attended to you. Prices are high compared with service received. However, the massage chairs are lovely and the retail store for cosmetics & perfume had nice items at reasonable prices.

First time getting my acrylics refilled here in Lagos (VI) Mr T did an amazing job. He would get 5 stars. The actual salon place could use a good deep cleaning though. But I will be back because of my nail techs abilities.

Ive been coming here for many years and they have managed to keep the standards as high as usually.The Nail Specialists and Barbers are fantastic people, the environment is splendid.I would recommend here to anyone.

Excellent barbing, manicure and pedicure services. it also has a lovely decor and an ambient setting.

Pedicure was ok, but my manicure was so bad. I wanted design and first this guy comes and has the worst attitude ever, because I don’t know exactly which design I want. I try to ask which ones he can do and he has no picture to show, saying th at I have to explain what I want. Every time I show him, he says he can’t do it because they don’t have the materials. When he removes my old gel, he completely demolish my own nail and it hurts. At the end I ask to get another guy. The other guy files my nails so low, are not so great at shaping and he can’t do anything but plain color. I ask if he can do a mat blue. He shows me a blue, I ask if it’s mat, he says yes and I accept it. After finishing I say it isn’t mat and he says that it’s mad? Like completely different. I would have never wanted the color if it wasn’t mat. Looking at the work it’s also just poorly done and I am so disappointed that I got a color I don’t like as gel and paid 5000 for. Hopeless place.

I go to the barber on first floor. excellent service. Also there is a toastie bar inside that makes one of the best tuna melts. capuccino is very good.

6000 Niara a bit expensive but this is VI. Good mens hair cut for Lagos. Relaxing shampoo and head massage after the cut recommended. Could pay more attention to hygiene.
