I ordered their product and it was delivered.. the only issue is that their customer service is poor.. you ordered for their product and after that, you might not hear from them for days to one week until the delivery date before they will send you message on email on the delivery of the products, if you message them on Facebook, they hardly reply messages except on their Instagram page . I think they need to work on relating with their customers
Good morning. I am one of the sub-distributor at ajah, Lagos State with name ANGEL BEAUTY. i made order for products which took a week before it was delivered. Going through the products that was delivered, I notice a carton (passion twist) was tampered with. I was forced to open and count the product, to my surprise it was 23 pieces instead of 24 pieces.I called the supervisor in charge of ajah sub-distributor by name MR TUNDE, up till now no vital response on why my products isnt complete. I sent him message, it was read and no reply.Please GODREJ I need the remaining of my products I paid for complete, also my money is been held down in your account which is enough to give me cartons of product.Thanks while I await your response.
