Located on the second floor of the Lennox Mall on Admiralty way. The salon itself is very chic. They have an efficient online booking system that works and you get a reminder to book your next appointment.The stylists are good and know how to manage natural hair, although I felt they could have been a tad bit more patient with my hair.It’s is a tad bit expensive than I would typically spend at the salon.Overall it was a good experience.

The best salon Ive ever been to. They pay attention to your specific hair needs and give great advice for you to continue your haircare after you leave. Their treatments are amazing and they keep detailed records of all your visits/treatments, so you can really track your journey. Since I started going to Hairitage, the changes to my hair have been astounding - not just with length retention but also with general health and thickness. I literally never go anywhere else. The staff are also very professional and super knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend!

They were really gentle with my hair. Use the best quality products and were amazing at updating my pixie cut. The really make an effort to understand your personal hair journey and goals and focus on getting your hair as healthy as possible. Their nail technicians are amazing too. 10/10 would recommend.

Hairitage is amazing! Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Huge relief when you go into a salon and your stylists aren’t screaming at each other, chewing gum or watching some inappropriate show and critiquing it over your head/hair! You can tell they are genuinely passionate about healthy hair and their clients and not just there to make money. It’s so serene , plus it’s okay to go there just for the tea too *wink* .

Honestly, Hairitage is the best salon experience I’ve had in a while. I take my hair VERY seriously so trust me me when I say that the Hairitage team understand how to care for natural hair and that’s rare. A lot of salons have great stylists but little knowledge on actual hair care - Hairitage scores highly on both in my books.I’ve been there a few times and the standard is consistent among all their staff. Would highly recommend!

They were very attentive and professional. My Stylist, Christiana really took her time to make sure I was ok and satisfied. I am natural and typically do my hair myself so I tend to be specific about what I want when I do end up going to a salon. The main thing that stood out was the way in which she took her time to do my hair. She detangled it gently, and washed it thoroughly. I must say though, make sure you don’t have a tight schedule the day you go because your hair might take longer than expected.
