Great place to workout. The instructors are very good and wants to see great result in you. The owner of the gym aside being a fantastic instructor, He is also very friendly.

Though I havent used this wellness centre but Ive been here to make inquiry about their services. The owner is friendly and from what i could see, they have great service here. Its close to challiboy Gbagada in a quiet street. I will try soon.

Awesome experience with different gym instructors for different days. Means different work out styles and u dont get bored easily doing the same routine. Spa is wow too.

This had been my Gym for the past few months, I go here largely because its close to my house. They could definitely do with better equipment for the price but they have a few basic things anyone can get started with, whatever your goals are.The instructors are very nice and dedicated and the group classes are fun to say the least, but I dont think I got enough individual attention.Id definitely recommend if youre only trying to lose weight generally and keep in shape, not some more defined personal goal.
