Great value, atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. Classes are easy to start of with and will push you when you want a challenge. I would highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back when I’m back in country.

Fantastic place to train. Boxing here is so awesome, I can come every day of the week! 🤗Its on the 1st floor but thankfully there is a lift in the building. Also getting in is not a problem at all.Boxing is excellent cardio and I lost so much weight when I was going in three times a week. All you have to do is commit!
