Its a comfortable place, cool and quiet. I spend some time here on weekends and its always an enjoyable experience. Theres a bar that serves some nice grilled dishes.

A fairly decent place for a brief stay.The exterior is quite beautiful and peaceful with well trimmed lawns and nicely groomed hedges and flowers.The rooms are fairly nice as well with air-conditioning, TVs, Fridges, Fans, couches, reading table and chairs and the likes.They outdoor bar is moderately stocked with barbecued fish , Suya (spicy grilled kebab and pepper soup.Its situated opposite Yaba College of Technology which makes it ideal for Alumni of the school, visiting lecturers and others who have dealings with the school.The bar can get quite crowded sometimes though loud music isnt played.The bathroom seems a tad bit cramped up especially for heavy built and heavy set people.

This is privately run Guest House of Yaba College of Technology. This facility had gone though some major renovations and upgrade in recent years and still ongoing.The high point of this facility is its exclusive location. For those want to get away from the craziness of Lagos, without actually leaving Lagos, this is a good choice. Located within the quite Yaba Tech Staff quarters, one can use this place as a traveling hub for those catching early morning train at Adekule station, catching a flight or travelling by road. Its just some fine minutes drive from Jibowu, a major hub for those travelling by bus, outside Lagos or to destinations like GhanaFor entertainment, the facility has a nice lounge for Catfish, Crocker and goat meat pepper soup. Also available is a Suya sport.With a stand-by generator, electricity is guaranteed all night. A major challenge however is when pubic power goes out during the day. The generator is turned on for a few hours during the day.

Really great fish and chips but the wait time is seriously long every time Im here. Be prepared to wait a good hour at least after placing your order.

Power became epileptic recently otherwise the place is quiet and clean.

An under-utilized and poorly managed enterprise. Quiet and secluded location, plenty of greens but poorly paid staff who complain always and the poor service that comes with this.If you will to pay dearly for very good food, warm drinks and poor service in a secluded and quiet environment. This may work for you.
