Three stars, considering the type of government we have. Otherwise, itd be less. The rooms arent many and get filled up quickly during important enough. The smaller rooms are worth being paid for but the bigger suites are a waste of money at 14K for TVs that dont function. Ive spent two or three nights here and I can say with its location near the lagoon it has the ability to be one of the most breathtaking places in the university.

I remember coming here with my mum as a kid. The view of the lagoon was so pretty and the food was good but visiting here today made me so sad. The building is run down and poorly maintained.The food is piss poor and everything is just not it.It just tells the story of our lack of maintenance as a people. This is a goldmine that can serve as a destination for conferences and other events but look at it.Sigh.

The buildings are old same as the furnishings. The stairways arent properly lit, no elevators to compensate for the long flight of stairs. Definitely not a place Ill like to stay especially for the prices they charge.

A nice place to get stay over. It is situated close to the lagoon that why it people patronise it more due to the attraction area, it cool. Rooms ranges pending on the prizes of the room. They offer room to pass just one night and stay for a period. In it also is a restaurant and a coffee shop. Student usually go here to chill out

They have lovely rooms and also conference rooms for meetings and any other official activities you might want to do. They also have halls for events although not very big hallsThere is also the phenomenal coffee shop where very good coffee and cake is sold.

So a friend came into town and needed a place to lodge for the night. I recommended here but, later wished I hadnt.Asides the view you get of the lagoon, the room was a little short of uncomfortable. Plumbing in the bathroom was broke (although the room service bloke apologized and gave us a promise of discount for the next day, I sure didnt recommend a nextvday), the bed sheet was not comfortable and the television didnt have cable tv.For the clout and expectation one would have due to the strategical location it is placed.

This became a saving grace for me because it provided the accomodation I sorely needed while in Lagos.

Seriously overdue for rebranding, remodeling, restructuring, rebuilding... You can name it. Apart from the people ( who are at least cautiously serving), the process and technology is out of this world . Booking for two weeks forward looks like special ritual and you you should be grateful if you have it. And of course, the record was on a special book. The rooms..... maybe thats the model... But eehhn.. many things were wrong.. Such beautiful location... Irrespective of the excuses... I find its current state very disappointing. Rgds.

This is like the only place within UNILAG to lodge, there are better places around if you wouldnt mind the distance to UNILAGOverall its a good place, facility appears squint, one of the mainland bridge and lagoon behind the guesthouse and a good view for meI would rate 3 star

It is a guest house facing the lagoon, it has accomodafion facilities, swimming pool, conference room etc. It is generally a good place for relaxation.
