Suya Spot has been around for quite awhile and the Suya has always been consistent. Same taste all year round. Maryland, Mende is lucky to have this Suya Spot in its neighborhood and if you find yourself in Mende for whatever reason make sure grab a Suya.Oh and its one thousand bucks a stick. 👍

I stay in Mende so it’s basically my go to place for ambiance, couple of drinks and pretty decent suya. I mean, we have the best suya on the mainland😁.

Its like every other Suya joint. No place to seat. You get covered in smoke and its an open place so if rain falls, youre gonna get wet. But they serve well and are highly patronised.

Run by elderly Hausa men, with an adjoining bar to wait, on a Busy street corner of Mende, there is chicken, chicken gizzard and beef. They also have whole chicken, and prices range from 200/steak to 500/steak(pure beef and no fat).They also dont have Massa(rice pancake)The suya was not spicy enough and the seasoning was too much for me.Not sure I will repeat the visit
