An average sized edifice located along the popular road. The foremost liason office of one of the Eastern states. They oversee the affairs of the indigenes of the particular state in Lagos here and serve as the connection between them by issuing relevant documents to them to substantiate a solid referral.

The citizens are predominantly Igbo. The capital is Umuahia, although the major commercial city is Aba, formerly a British colonial government outpost. Arochukwu is the third largest city.
