They delivered a beautiful bear for my wifes birthday. It was advertised. A little expensive but as she loves bears and loved this one Ill certainly buy again. Their customer care is good. There was an issue with a greedy delivery man and they resolved it promptly to ensure I suffered no loss. Highly recommend
