Prices are fair. Customer service is good. Ive been there a few times in the last few months, and their frozen items are fairly fresh. They have opportunities around improving the environment. I understand they are selling raw food, but they could do better with making it cleaner.

It is organised, has a lot of parking space and the staff are willing to work. Everything is in sections/departments. From where you pay to where you get people to cut it for free depending on what quantity you bought. 👍🏼

Its a frozen food store and they variety of items to choose from.The Service and the products are good.Although the last time I visited on April 24, 2021, they had run out of hake and titus fish but its understandable because of the high patronage they enjoy.

The best place to buy frozen products. It also has the best alternative market and it has everything from frozen foods to tomatoes and peppers. It is a one stop to buy everything you might need. The employees are well trained and they have good knowledge on what they are selling.

Decently organized and clean

My first and 2nd second visit, their pos wasnt active and the 3rd visit, the place had so much flies with a horrible smell. For me its a no no. The sales lady seems to have lots of ego, maybe she was having a bad day.

I would have even loved to give them 0 star if it was possible. First visit was on Sunday and we regretted it. The workers were sooooo rude and arrogant like they doing us a favour. Imagine charging for a service of scraping the fish we bought and and they didnt do it. We got back to the cashier to collect back our money and the dark complexioned cashier was sooo rude telling us he doesnt have money.and kept us standing for long with no form of apology whatsoever for their actions. We ended up leaving the money with them but the manner of at which the workers behaved never left our memory 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Amazing place with affordable prices for chicken, fish, turkey, butter and other things. The place is well ventilated and the employees are nice and polite. This is where I do my weekly shop for my family.

Prices are one of the best in this axis. They have upgraded alot over the years. I just hope the management should look into staffs behavioural issues. The cashiers and weighing staffs are extremely arrogant and dishonest. Looks like they are forced to do the job. This place has a lot of potentials. And everything you need to prepare an African dish is here. If you can ignore staffs bullying you, then you will enjoy shopping here.

I have been a Ranaj customer for over 10years, starting from Ajah Market. The quality of frozen food is superb, customer service is good, Onyema the butcher has fantastic customer service. I have recommended and will keep recommending people there.
