Customer care service is poor and their dollar rate and shipping fee is so high. They also delay your goods. And also charge twice the amount one is supposed to pay just to waybill your goods to ur location. How can 1$ be 510 at the time it is 410.

On a norm, I won’t be here ranting but Skycargoltld y’all can do better 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. Goods that’s supposed to get here in 7days is delayed! Today is the 14th day !!! And Y’all can’t even say anything about it ?!!. This is so sad 😩 businesses are kept on hold ! Smh!

They are thieves, their customer service is very poor, thier representatives are so rude and they always throw tantrums at customers. Oh I forgot, sky cargo will intentionally delay your goods so you can pay the increased and inconvenienced shipping fee. DONT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MENTAL HEALTHA package that is supposed to get to nigeria in 14 days is getting close to 2months already with them all because they want to receive higher payment

If there is a zero star, they still do not deserve it. A criminal outfit that operate as a cargo company. Even when you get your items, they charge you at non-existent exchange rate @499 per dollar or #510 per dollar. Wicked human beings.
