Best gym i ever been to in Nigeria. Top notch! International standard. Super neat, organized and affordable with branches in every part of Lagos to keep you for wherever you end up. Best part of it for me as I can get fit even when I’m not in my location where I registered. Love every second at the gym and work out is now fun for me again

Ok. To be honest, Im not 100% happy about the location of this gym. And by this Im speaking from the perspective of one whos not mobile. A pedestrian would get down at Charly Boy bustop and make quite a trek to the gym. Well, that shouldnt be a bother for a person whos determined to limber up, just consider the trek as your first work out routine. Drivers also have to manage a small parking space & since the gym is situated in a shared complex, theres much less room for everyone.When youve overcome the outside wahala, youre set to have a breather inside. While I cant say Ive had a pleasant welcome ☺ from the receptionist, its a Naija thing, youll get used to it.If youre a newbie, get ready to be lost. There are so many machines with little instruction on how to use. You just have to wing it or watch others use it to know what to do. If youve booked with a trainer, you shouldnt feel lost, but if you cant afford one, my guy/Sis, best you watch then copy and paste. Some nice fellas might see youre trying and then help you out too.The background music may sometimes be too loud sha. But thats a blessing in disguise, the noise hides my groan when lifting heavy stuff... which can be really embarrassing 😳 😄

Nice gym. Enough equipment. Can get a little crowded in the late evenings of weekdays. They also sell lovely gym gears. Motivating trainers. Top notch gym.

Close to the popular Charly Boy Bus Stop..I havent been here in person though, but based on the activities I see going on whenever I pass by, Id gladly recommend this fitness centre.They have state-of-the-art equipment. The view from the top is even more interesting.
