Just like its name; Its your go to Central for achieving your fitness goals. I recently moved to Lekki and tag along with my colleague when looking for a gymnasium. The experience has been great so far. There are lots of equipments and they are easy to use; the trainers are readily available to put you through if you have difficulties using any equipment. They people and the staff have been top notch. Youd love it here. Check it out.

Best gym ,best coaches .. as at when I join the gym a month ago I was size 16 xxl but in just one month of becoming a member have reduced to size 14 which is xl, it’s so funNot painful at all ,am now addicted to gym and I love it .

Fitness Central Lekki is an all purpose workout gym. They have all necessary equipment to sweat you both for aerobics, shedding weights and getting ripped.

Good workout space with Classes and sufficient equipment. It does get full at peak hours but as long as youre comfortable sharing equipment with others it shouldnt be a worry.Staff are very friendly and helpful. A few equipment need some maintenance but overall a great experience. They have good opening and closing times as well.

Well equipped gym with cordial trainers. The regular clients will make you feel welcome. The changing room also has shower and toilet facilities for professionals who like to exercise before work/meetings, or busy mums.Finally there are healthy refreshments inform of water and juice and smoothies (slightly pricey though).

Place is beautiful, even though almost hidden, its a fitness enthusiasts paradise. Massive and properly spaced equipment with support for even boxing practice(ill equipped in this aspect). Excellent customer service as well.

Gym of life. They have a very nice app and their process is seamless. You meet every stage of the fitness journey in there and they do their best to adhere to covid regulations.

Good with managing the Covid19 pandemic by ensuring limited people are at the gym at the same time. Also, the smoothie bar is one to have a taste of. Thank me later :)

Horrible gym if youre trying to get any cardio in. The place is always HOT like an oven (before and after COVID). Not sure if its a cost saving thing or their ACs are just old. Probably ACs outdated because all their cardio machines have fallen apart and half of them are always temporarily out of service.In short, you get what you pay for. If you want to risk fainting and be permanently uncomfortable because of a couple thousand Naira savings, then sure, go to Fitness Central.

Its very difficult to find, and there are no flashing sign posts anywhere. But then, it is clear the owners and managers of Fitness Central neither want nor need the extra publicity. Their business clearly depends on word of mouth marketing aka referrals. And it clearly works. The joint is buzzing at virtually all hours. And for good reasonIts a large complex, with a lot of high quality equipment. Add to that the number of trainers on hand, good sized changing room and hot water, and its a winning combo. Very nice indeed.Oh yes, it costs next to nothing practically.

Really good gym with very affordable membership options to suit your fitness goals. Prices affordable as low as 4k, 6k and 10k naira monthly.Only downside is how hot it gets, especially with the air conditioning not cooling optimally as one would expect of a proper gym. Best bet is to go at a time when its less crowded.Other than that, its a nice gym.

Best gym outlet to be. Affordable monthly subscription. Nobody steals there, locker room is safe even without padlock but hey dont doesnt mean you should keep your priced item in the locker room.

Great Gym. The Manager/ CEO - Ebun however needs a lesson or two on customer service. After being wrongly charged a towel penalty of N1,000, the manager did affirm that there was a 99.9% chance of it being an error on their part, I was offered a refund and no apology. Attached is the unapologetic response I received instead. Nigerian Business Owners must do better! It’s not always about money!

Definitely the best fitness centre in Nigeria. They have all sorts of great equipment to work out with, they have great instructors to help you out, amazing apps softwares and system to help you obtain your fitness goal. All at affordable prices.

I love the gym and it has good equipments however, the aerobic classes are limited to 12 people which makes it hard to join in. The management should listen to their customers and treat them right because without their customers they will be out of business. My suggestions are 1. Enlarge the aerobic class to accommodate more people 2. Treat customers well by providing quality customer service. 3. Check in customers into the aerobic class as they come to avoid contention. OK done writing my book. :)

The gym is alright. Only my second day here but just got kicked out of my 1st class by the 3-2-1 trainer for carrying a weight size he deemed “too small”! This is despite me letting him know I have an injured shoulder that needs time to adjust to my returning to exercising! Arrogant S.O.* 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

Subscription fees are dirt cheap, great classes and useful neat machines. However, the space can get really stuffy and hot, especially at peak hours.

As far as I am concerned, this is the best gym/fitness center in the whole of Lagos. They have a good number of equipments and they also have fitness classes. The great thing about this place is that it is technology oriented.When I first got in, I had to register and download the app. The app is literally your passport to get into the gym. You have to take your ID for identification during the registration process. If you have it on your phone then you are good. Your atm card is also tied to your account because a direct debit is made monthly based on the plan you signed for. For now, the atm card needs to have your name on it so you cant use your friend or husbands ATM card. After registration you are good to go. No matter the plan you register for, you have access to all the gym equipments and classes based on the number of days you signed up for.Their lowest plan is called habit plan and its 4k per month (twice a week). They have the 6k monthly (thrice a week) and 10k monthly plan (everyday).You can only reserve a class on the app 45 minutes before the class begins. The classes are really good and the instructors are friendly.You sign in whenever you come in by scanning your code on the app. You can also get a towel but you must sign it out when you are leaving. They have a changing room. You can purchase a pack of water on the app too. Yeah everything happens on the app.They have a juice bar in the gym so you can also buy your smoothies and juices but purchase of smoothies and juice does not happen on the app cuz its owned by a different brand. All in all, this is a very very good gym. Try it out.

Theres always faulty equipment. They need water treatment. But their price range is affordable and people are generally friendly.

This gym has a good stairmaster. They have a lot of equipment although no tires or battle rope. They do have a box for box jumps. I give them 3 stars because they make the process of getting a membership extremely complicated and they have a known reputation for doing this. Its very frustrating. They do have a great app.

Fitness Central is wonderful. The gym opens at 5am and this means you can workout early if youre an early riser. There are fitness classes like Insanity, HIIT, boxercise, Martial arts, Spin, etc. You can use a personal trainer or work out on your own. Its totally amazing. You should visit sometime.

I really liked this place. Its one gym thats really forward thinking and is really using technology to make using the gym easy through their mobile apps.Subscription is surprisingly cheap when you put ty location of the gym into consideration.Theyve got daily classes you can attend e.g spin class, HIIT class, Boxing, Yoga e.t.c all free for members.Once in a while some equipment gets damaged and they take some time to get fixed.All in all, this is one very nice gym.
